I was sad and sickened by the killing of police officers recently. The one guy from the gas station will be a "hero" once he gets to prison. There is nothing else for him to do as his life is over and he will die in prison. He will be the perfect recruit for a prison inspired ISIS type of group. He will certainly be recruited by the black, prison, racist groups.
Only God can change his course now. He will die a bitter, angry, racist. Or die "free" (in prison) with a clean conscience being born again through Jesus. It will not alter the consequences, but it might save lives of other inmates and guards he will certainly prey upon.
