Not much happening with me. The Ortho dept. here offered to build me a $3,500 leg brace with boot. It would extend from my left hip to my ankle and would keep my knee from collapsing, but I told them I can't afford it. So I couldn't get it. :(
Also they x-rayed my left hip. They said I have "severe end stage osteoarthritis". I have no hip joint; it's bone on bone (leg bone is meshed with my hip bone). It looks terrible on the x-ray. The doctor here said I need a titanium hip. I'm still waiting to see the ortho doctor. Wish me luck. :)
