SUPPLEMENT: "True Justice...Pt.2: A Deceitful Prosecution."

Unfortunately, the recent tragedy in San Bernadino, has proven one of the major points of my post, "True Justice...Pt.2," that there is ONLY ONE REASON for a person, like Bernard Canto (Adam Miller) to possess an untraceable AR-15, & that is to commit murder on a MASSIVE SCALE, as these San Bernadino killers proved.

By them knowing that their end-game was so heinous, these killers attempted to disassociate themselves f/these AR-15s by having them placed in a friend's name. However, law enforcement EASILY traced these weapons back to their friend, through the AR-15s serial numbers; which, also gave them the ability to further their investigation. (For more on the significance of serial numbers, see "True Justice...pt.2," n.3)

In my case, as established in the above mentioned post, the prosecution informant's criminal aptitude was of a more insidious nature than even these 2 in San Bernadino. When the FBI/Gardena/LAPD arrested Canto/Miller for murder, they found this very same weapon, an AR-15, in his house (along w/a cache of ammunition). But, his AR-15 had the serial numbers removed. This, ALONE, was a clear sign of his ill-intentions. The gov't already knew that he was identified as shooting a boy in the head, & being involved in a drug war, therefore, there was NO DOUBT why he had this untraceable weapon of mass-destruction! Besides that, Canto/Miller's wherewithal to remove the serial numbers from his AR-15, in. order to hinder law enforcement's ability to trace his weapon to any source, or crime, exhibits a more savagely lethal-aptitude than that of, not only the San Bernadino culprits, but, also, the other AR-15 murderers, as well (i.e., CO Theater, & Newtown)

This was the type of person the prosecution CONVINCED THE JURY TO BELIEVE WAS JUST A "HONEST (NONVIOLENT) BUSINESSMAN," by CONCEALING ALL OF THIS INFORMATION (along w/his other criminal misdeeds) from the jury, & in turn, DENIED US THE ABILITY TO CHALLENGE HIS CREDIBILITY, & MOTIVATIONS FOR COMMITTING PERJURY.

Meanwhile, a judge in Chicago recently (12/14/15), acquitted a police officer Glen Evans, of placing a taser in a Black man's crouch, Ricky Williams, & SHOVING A GUN IN HIS MOUTH . . BECAUSE SHE QUESTIONED WILLIAMS' RELIABILITY!

NOW, AIN'T THAT A BITCH?!!
