I didn't wake up until after 5 am. All night long the fire alarm kept going off. Even if there was a fire, we wouldn't believe it, because these fire alarms scream wolf all the time. They're garbage!

I've got to write this other essay this morning for this GED book. Our regular sgt is here, so we maybe doing cell change, which I hope so, I'm ready to get it over with. No doubt, I'll have a lot of cleaning to do, and then have to repaint that cell.

Still need to read over some of these rules. Plus organize them and glue them together. We go to recreation this afternoon. I did get my request back stating I can take my mp3-player out to the recreation cage. I really wanted that. Now I can exercise out there and listen to my music. Plus guys come over to the fence to talk, and I don't want to talk to them. If I want to talk, I can talk in here. Well I need to get to work.

Just got back in my cell. I spent about 3 hours down there in medical, waste of time. I'll be filing grievances on all of that.

Recreation got pulled about 5 minutes before I got back. While I was down at medical, I seen a guy inmate come into medical busted up from the cell restraction team. There should be no reason to bust an inmate up like that. Use gas, make him come up and cuff up.

I heard them cells have blood, semen and feces all over the wall. While the inmates are in the s.o.s. cells they're not given clean blankets or shrouds to cover up with. All of it's dirty and nasty.

I seen Ms. Sagle while I was down there in medical. Was nice to see her. Wish she was still my counselor.

Some guy is my counselor. I've never went out and talked to him. I don't trust easily. And by the time you get to where you can trust them, they're changing. So I just quit dealing with them.

I hate that I missed yard. Guys on other wings was telling me that most of the time they don't even get yard. Officers just buck them, refusing them. Wish I could do something to change this.

Found out who the Bureau Chief of Education is. Heard she's a really nice woman that used to work here at F.S.P. So I'll be writing her again. I've been working on the GED book. The guys came in off the yard. They didn't even get 2 hours. And they're noisy as hell. Talking about that stupid ass basketball. I had to go under the ear buds to block that out. I don't like a lot of noise. I'm cooking some sauce for the chicken. I'll take the chicken tonight, and put it in this sauce and cook it for an hour or so. Wish I had some more seasonings.

Wonder where Linda Ann Smith is? Her phone was cut off. Was hoping to talk to her on the phone.

I need to finish a letter and then do some more work in this book.

Two more runners. CMIII inmates who feed us just got fired for smoking that K2. These dudes are just stupid! I heard that stuff just kills your brain. Also heard it freezes you up. Never done it, never will! Probably would have done it back in my twenties before

I stopped getting high. I haven't been high in almost 20 years. But if you're going to get high, wait till your days off. Don't do it in the officer's face. Idiots!

I got my dinner trays. I'm cooking chicken and rice in the sauce that I made. Be ready in about an hour. Now I need to get back to this letter.

Finished the letter, ate dinner. I'm about ready to call it a day. I'm tired from that damn fire alarm. I hope that thing doesn't go off all night tonight. Well, I'm going to lay back, work on a sudoku, maybe read and go to sleep. See what tomorrow holds.
