Objections to BetweeentheBars Redacting Psychologists + Staff's Names in My Post
I noticed that you blacked over the first + last names of "Dr." Anna C. Salter (wrongly diagnosed me a psychopath) + Dr. Diane P. Lytton (contradicted ↥) in my 3 May '16 post.
WTF!?
Your licensing agreement says we can't use prisoners' names (without their consent—many times they consented + I used them) but doesn't say you delete staff's names. So what compelling reason do you have for deleting Psych's names from my post?!
I don't need you protecting me from being punished for "lying about staff", as I'm telling the truth + fear no evil.
Would Facebook block out their names?
Say I am libelling the psychologist—you wouldn't be liable, only me. And, again, I'm telling the truth.
Those names should be published so the public may act on their misdeeds, protest their licensure + impeach their credibility in other cases where they maliciously misdiagnose people. A nameless expose is no expose at all!
Please remove your redactions.
The post had the reply ID Blog4HR too, yet you didn't file it as such.
Finally, should you not remove your redactions, I want viewers/readers to know that they can see the names of the psychologies (or any WDOC staff referred to in any of my posts) in my actual prison records, which can be requested under WI's Open Records Law, Stat. § 19.35, as I've waived all confidentiality, authorized anyone to access any of my WI DOC (+ B.O.P.) records, forever. This is another reason your redactions don't make sense.
Please let me know you've fixed this.
