PLEASE HELP ME
I've been locked up in prison for almost 12 years + I still have at least 21 more years to go until I have my parole hearing to try to get release. This is my 1st time in prison. Over these past 12 years, I've lost most of my family, including my twin brother. I've lost 7 brothers + 1 sister + my mother. I have no grandparents or parents alive. My grandparents on my father's side come from Poland + settled in Brooklyn, New York City. My mother was from Tennessee + part Cherokee Indian.
Since I've been locked up, I've lost a lot of family + friends. I used to get letters + help from them, but now I rarely get any mail + no help. It's hard to survive in prison without any help, especially with all of my physical injuries. The prison only supplies me with one small bar of soap + one roll of toilet paper each week. Everything else I have to buy from the canteen or packages, but you have to have your own money to buy your toiletries, cosmetics, food.
