ha, ha, ha, you know what this stuff reminds me of those science fiction movies the yay we're identified you know.
Anyways yes I will always answer, might take me a minute but only cuz I'm busy.
I've been having problems with the way they are running the program here denying us many rights, so I've been campaigning to get them on the right track. I finally got my property, but I'm missing a lot of stuff. All of my art Materials are gone. My radio the said it's broken, it wasn't when it was packed. So now I have to try and get reimbursed.
Okay on the SBI, they just came out wirh a new procedure about * months ago or maybe longer. Now they CDCR must prove that it was serious bodily injury. So if the victim was just given a black eye, bumps, bruises that is not SBI, it has to be broken bones or worse. If they can't prove that then hey must drop it to simple fight and can't give him a SHU term. If the give him D.A. referal he can file a motion in court 1381 deman for trial. They have to file charges or D.A. will reject it.
So he don't have to wait six months in Ad-Seg.
