WAR

- A means of bringing about a more amenable frame of mind on part of an enemy.

War [OHG werren to confuse] 2 a: a state of hostility,
conflict, or antagonism b: a struggle or competition
between opposing forces or for a particular end,
<a class~> <a~against disease>

The "enemy" in this war of homo sapiens verses
Homo Sapiens, is of course: Stupidity!
As a "class" or "disease", stupidity is the enemy of Logic!

The war isn't in the streets, but rather in
our Minds. And the intent of Ordo ab Chao
is the achievement of Gnosis!

All of my ennobling encounters warranted

I have personal knowledge of the following:

Through his actions to help others; Mr. William Goehler, currently residing at
Mule Creek State Prison, has helped dozens of inmates to improve their lives through
the study and use of the technologies of Dianetics and Scientology. In the past, he was
responsible for the dozens of inmates onto extension courses of Dianetics and
Scientology, and thus changing their lives. In the present, he has formed a group and
has been getting inmates Dianetics and Scientology; including The Way To Happiness.
This has resulted in dozens of success stories and changed lives. Recently, one such
individual was released from a California State Prison after being in prison for 22 years
and credits Scientoloty and Mr. Goehler with helping him change his life, get off drugs,
get other off drugs and to be released from prison and start to lead a productive life
and is currently on lines at an Ideal Organization from the Church of Scientology. Mr.
Goehler was responsible for this and started this individual studying Scientology about
two years ago.

Another person from Mr. Goehler's group, had been released over a year ago
and the first thing he did was to visit a Church of Scientology and was reported still
doing well.

Mr. Goehler helped to found a Scientology study group in prison which is called
Scientology Prison Outreach (SPO); which continues to grow at Mule Creek State Prison.

Hi William,

Got your package, a large one!

I think I understand how you are working to integrate the Criminon program into your SPO
project. I have sent your write-up to my manager and have discussed how we might work
together.

Criminon is approved to deliver a particular program of courses in a particular way. This is what
has been approved by International Management. I will be working to get your students on-
track with that program.

I see how you have elected to use the LSFL course as a way to get students grounded in basic
study. That makes a lot of sense to me. Sending your student's lessons on the LSFL course to
me for review and ultimate certification is appreciated and in conformance with the
authorization that Criminon operates under. I didn't understand the certificates that you had
issued to your students for completion of the course that, per your comment, is outside your
authorization.

A question could be asked as to what you are authorized to do within the framework of
Criminon? We feel that the role of "Coach" would be an apt description. Criminon supervisors,
like myself will have the correspondence course relationship, as we have with all our students,
and you can coach them in completing their lessons. Badgering them along as you as.

I have reviewed the lessons your students sent and will be sending them by return mail any
corrections. As they completed the Criminon referral form the process for them starting the
Criminon program has begun.

After the students complete the LSFL course. Their next course will be TWTH. I will put a note
in their file to send them the full course all at once.

After each student finishes the TWTH course we will send them the course they have indicated
on their next course request form.

Hello. My name is Barbro Andersson, I am the ABLE (Association for Better Living and
Education) Representative for the Western United States.

Your letter landed on my desk today and I read all the comm you had attached to the
overall letter and I am very happy to see you completed the entire Criminon line-up! Well
Done!!! What an accomplishment. How has it helped you? (I assume it has as it does if one
applies it.)

I have been working in this ABLE network since 1992 and I absolutely love it.

My cousin and I started a Narconon Drug Education group in Gothenburg, Sweden and
I was shortlived there as I was offered a position at Narconon International and moved to LA in
1993. So then I joined ABLE International in 2002 and continued working with all groups until
this day and still am and still loving it.

I was looking for solution and luckily found Mr. Hubbard's tech and saw it in use and I
saw that it worked and have been with it ever since. It works. Period.

Have you gotten your hands on some other LRH books where you are? Or do you need some?
You say you are in charge of a study group. What is it that you do there?
