Walkenhorst's prepaid account program was designed with you and your families in mind. Opening an account is simple and after your account is open, you can place an order with us anytime. When you open a prepaid account, not only is the ordering process easier, but you will also receive many benefits.

Multiple family members and friends can contribute money towards your package.

No minimums on what you can contribute

- YOU'RE IN CONTROL -
Choose when your order is placed by submitting it yourself or having a friend or family member place it on your behalf.

That's right! We do this service for free.

- NO EXPIRATION -
Your account stays open until you request that it be closed.

- NOT A LAYAWAY -
You choose what you want in your package when you're ready to submit your order. We don't force you to commit to items that you may not want later.

- KNOW YOUR BALANCE -
We will automatically send you statements every quarter to remind you of your account balance.

To open a prepaid account, have your family and friends contact Walkenhorst's and deposit money on your prepaid customer account for you or you can send us a trust check directly. Once the money is on your account ordering couldn't be easier, simply send us an order or have a family member or friend order on your behalf.

Account funds can only be used for Walkenhorst's packages to be sent to the account holder (inmate). Account refunds will be issued to the payer on written request by the account holder. Trust check deposits are non-refundable. Account credits will be issued for items returned that were paid for with a prepaid account. Maximum allowed account balance is $1000.
