"HOURS TO LIVE"

Mark Asay, who we call Catfish, has approximately 60 hours to live. Imagine being told that your are to die
on this date, at this time. Better yet, imagine your loved one is scheduled to die on a certain date at a
certain time and you have to wake up each and every day counting down the final month, weeks, days, hours and
minutes to your loved expires from an unnatural death, "a premeditated homicide"! That's whats listed on the death
certificate, "HOMICIDE". It is what it is. A premeditated murder of a living, breathing, fallible human being.
Some will argue it's legal. No - it's not!

Mark Asay is being murdered under a Florida law, that the United States Supreme Court has unequivocally stated is
unconstitutional, violating the 6th Amendment. Our Florida Supreme Court then turned around and found this same law
violates the 8th Amendment, yet due to the fact that Asay doesn't meet a certain date requirement, his homicide will
be JUSTIFIABLE!

Bet these justices wouldn't agree with this if it was their loved ones, but then again their loved ones would never
make it onto death row. Cause they would, for one, be well represented. Secondly, they would use their political
clout to save their love one. Asay was not that fortunate.

Think about this, the power of holding life and death in your hand. Your signature determining the outcome of a human
life. You get to choose the date and time of an individuals death. You have become Godlike. To pardon sparing a life,
of kill the man. Your a legalized killer, making a decision and holding a power that only God should have. I can
hear them screaming now, Old Testament blah blah blah. Well to kill someone under Old Testament law you had to have

two to three witnesses and there was a lot of other factors that come into play. Secondly, and most importantly,
we're governed by the New Testament. "A Better Covenant", see Jeremiah 31:31 Hebrews 8:8-12. Playing God, giving
men the power to kill another man is not something we should be doing. For violence breeds violence. Negativity
breeds negativity, that's the problem with society. Civility is absent! That's why we have all this hate and
chaos going on in the world right now. Cause every where we turn, we see violence, hate, negativity and that is
where this madness is coming from.

People labeled Asay a racist, all I can speak on is his actions, and the brother showed compassion to all races,
if you needed something he would give it to you, black, Hispanic, it didn't matter.

The main point in this, it's time to take the power of life and death out of the hands of the fallible human beings,
for no man should wheel that kind of power. For it may very well give the individual a God complex and turn them
into a legalized serial killer. For remember, this is a "HOMICIDE", premeditated murder at the highest level. And
if Catfish is successfully murdered in two days, his sister Gloria and other family members will continue to
suffer this heinous act that they have been enduring since January 8, 2016, the day Rick Scott's signature was
place on that death warrant, scheduling the homicide of Mark J. Asay.

Call for love and peace, deny vengeful hate. Change is needed. God bless you all.
