Government Shut Down

Government Shutdown

The government should have never been shut down. But enemy who was causing all the chaos should have been completely stopped. God is not the author of confusion. But Satan is.

For those who are Christian that work in the government know exactly what I am saying.

When I was in a leadership position, I had to make decisions to go to a meeting. There are two prayers I pray before I entered the meeting because how many of you know we can work with some of the negative mindset?

I don't believe this is a Democratic or Republican issue. His is the mindset of the people in our government. We have to be our own selves. Just because Donald Trump have stirred all this up about immigration, along with many other controversial issues. Somebody has to be the levelheaded one to say, "No, I will not allow this foolishness." It's like swatting at a gnat when the gnat is not even bothering you.

We have to be careful to the wars we start with others. You're not going to win every war. Once again, God is not a God of disorder but of peace.

Paul stated that God is not a God of disorder but of peace. 1 Corinthians 14:33. Note preferred alternative to disorder is peace. Too often, in resisting disorder, Christians have lasted for regard, predictable and unvarying forms of worship in which God's presence was difficult to find as in disorderly gatherings.

When there is chaos, the church is not allowing God to walk among believers as he would like worship that is done in a fitting and orderly way should not rule out God's creativity, joy and unpredictability. Do your part to have worship to be a joyful, peaceful, winsome experience that draws people into it. Our work environment should be a peaceful and joyous place to be. Worship is not just for the church. But we can worship on the job by starting the day out with prayers with our co-workers who share the same beliefs. We don't have to be loud to be seen.

In my job, we used to go in the break room in the office and close the door. Because everyone doesn't share the same faith. That's okay. But we are not out to offend them and act like our beliefs are more important. I have been in prayer groups where Christians fasted with Muslims. We read our bible, they read the Quran. We had prayers meetings. We held hands as they prayed their prayers first, then the Christians prayed their prayer. There was no arguing over religion.

In life, we have to learn how to do things decently and with order. Get the self shrines out of us.

There should have been no government shutdown. Luke 10:18 He replied, I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. I have given you authority to overcome all the power of the enemy. Nothing will harm you. However, do not rejoice that the spirit submits to you but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.

For the ones who are Christian and working in the government, they know what I am saying. You have the authority to change the atmosphere in those meetings. If you don't, I will show you how later.

I remember times when I was in different leadership positions or when I was part of an organization I had to attend meetings. With the ones I worked with, there is always some unresolved negative mindset. I had to pray to change the atmosphere. Everything worked out well.

Currently, on my job, there is one girl who I work with who is real jealous-hearted and devious to everyone on the job. She is out for herself. My other co-worker is tied to her. I've been praying on overcoming negative work attitudes. She comes to work, but she cannot stay around too long. She leaves. When she does, the atmosphere is so peaceful and joyous. Without her negative mindset.

In three weeks, you all have to decide whether the government is going to be shut down again. For the ones who are Christian, it's time to take authority over the situation. God is not the author of confusion. You all need to pray for improving communication amongst the members, success of a meeting, and overcoming negative work attitudes. This starts with yourself. See the prayers enclosed.

It's time to shut down confusion. Shut it down. Shift the atmosphere. These are not just for a church setting.
