The Continuance of Civil Rights Violation
On March 31, 2017, I filed a writ of mandunces, motion for recusal, and pauper's affidavit. So I am wondering why I haven't been to court on my motion. I didn't understand at all. Because I recused everyone who had dealt with my case.
Come to find out that the clerk of Superide Court in Decatur County, Bainbridge, Georgia—her name is Cecilia Willis. She put my paperwork into the hand of the judge who I recused from handling my motion. His name is Chief Superior Court Judge J. Kevin Chason. This man denied all my motions, including his own rescusal. Who in the world would do that!?
This has been an ongoing battle with Bainbridge Superior Courts. They keep illegally applying the law to deprive me my rights, privileges, and immunities. A law, even though fair and constitutional on its face, may not legally applied as to the Constitution of Georgia and the United States, Walker v. State 220 Ga. 415 139 S.E. 2d 278 (1964), rev'd on other grounds 381 U.S. 355, 85 S.Ct. 1557, 14L, Ed 2D 687 (1965). Once again, I was denied my due process clause without notice and opportunity to be heard. There is no jurisdiction to pass judgment.
Citizens and Contractors Bank v. Maddox 175 Ga. 779, 166 S.E. 227 (1932), O.C.Ga 25.4 (1) and (2): I recuse my chief judge. (2): In the event the chief judge is the one against whom the motion is filed, the assignment shall be made by the judge of the circuit who is most senior in terms of service other than the chief judge and who is not also a judge against whom the motion is filed. Mrs. Cecilia Willis was supposed to put my motion in another judge's hand.
I wrote a letter to her discussing this matter. I asked her to reinstate my motions because everything this chief judge had done is null and void because I recused him. I also told her that I am tired of people violating my rights.
