The Inner Racism With Your Own Race

For so long we have viewed and talked about black and white racism. There has been longevity of races against their own race. I am African American, so I am going to talk about my own race.

I notice with my race, we have been tremendously divided for a long, long, long time.

1. Black on black crime.
2. No respect for each other.
3. Very treacherous against one another.
4. Drag your own race down by persecuting them.
5. Put your own race into a jail or prison quickly to get rid of them because you are secretly jealous of that individual that you want something bad to happen to them (ill will).
6. We get into a high position then you look down on your race. But you forgot that you didn't always it on your throne.
7. Our black families are so divided it's just crazy. Sally been mad at Aunt Lisa for decades, doesn't want nobody in the family to deal with her. Treat her like she has some disease that is not curable. All you get is eye rolling. I don't want to sit near her or him. I am not going to talk to her. Secret conversations on the side about Aunt Stella. Honey, she thinks she is all that because she is a retired teacher, has the best home and car.

The same goes on in our African churches. Instead of pulling one another up, we are stepping on our race in every way. In our communities, churches, family, jobs, prisons, jails, and relationships, I see blacks literally knocking each other out the way so they can get that spotlight.

We need to do better. Why can't we shine together.

Dear Jennifer, this is Kenneth again, sorry to bother you. About African-American drama as people like to say, you are correct. I see it every day. We make it to the top and we don't see anyone else. Out here it s typical, black people hanging out on the bus stop, selling and buying drugs.i had a good friend steal ten dollars from my mothers room while she was in the bathroom and I happened to be outside to get the mail! Yes, at my moms house!. I live next door with my cousin. I'm afraid its all about getting what's mine and the rest of you be damned if you will excuse my language. Sometimes I don't believe that we as African-Americans have gotten along since slavery, when it was to merely SURVIVE. And then for some it was for their own questionable and inscrutable purposes-TO GET AHEAD!!By telling on others! Don't you see? Has it come full circle? Will this president take us back to earlier injustices or will we do it to ourselves? We don't want anyone to have more than we have. I see it every day. Jealousy is one and money is the other and they go together to make us crazy, even with drugs, to sell more than the next guy and to have more, where does it stop Jennifer? Thank you, Kenneth C.

Hey Jennifer. I agree totally. 45, i call him because he isnt living up to the standards of being president is treating the office of the President and dragging it and the Constitution through the mud. There is dirt all in that White House and in certain members of Congress. I do not believe there ever was a spritual way in his body. It will all come out in the end. God will in his Divine Wisdom clear up all of this wrong doing. Obama has spoken on the chaos in the White House and he is what class and dignity should be in The office of the President. Look at the corruption with his former Lawyer Michael Cohen, the Stormy Daniels affair, and now Chris Collins a Senator from New York, insider trading information on the stock market. Yet the Republican say little or nothing. The United States is coming to a point in which our morals are really coming into question and civil rights i fear are next on the horizon for dismantling. Thank you Jennifer and God Bless You
