"HONOR AND INTEGRITY"

By Ronald W. Clark Jr.

Look, I write about all the corruption and unethical staff members, but there are some really good officer's who are honorable, and will not under any circumstances lower their principals and morals for this job. Unfortunately, when something goes down, unethical staff will send them an an eran and get them out of the vicinity of the crimes that's going to take place. I can put a lot of names in here, of good officer's, and I'd love to give them the praise they deserve. But it would make them a target for negative comments, and possible reprisal. So I can't and want do that to them.

In 2011 when that administration was writing all the fraudulent disciplinary reports to keep me on disciplinary confinement, I knew it was coming, when a certain Sgt and Lt. wasn't around, cause both of them have retired. It's those type of individuals that we not only need to stay, but to promote up to Warden. We've got several in here right now, but they won't climb the ranks, because they don't want to deal with the politics within the FDOC. It's a shame, but I understand. So although you only hear the negative, I want everyone out there to understand there's some really good honest men and women doing these jobs with a lot of honor and integrity. And it's a difficult job, cause you deal with some really bad individuals on both sides of the fence, the pay is marginal at best. And the job can be dangerous. It's usually the unethical staff members who make the positions dangerous. Cause when you corner the sweetest kindest animal and abuse it enough it's going to strike back. But we do have some really good officers, and people need to hear that. These people need and deserve a raise. I think they should cancel all ACA contracts and use that money to give the officers a raise.

I just wanted to share this with all of you. Cause I realize I'm constantly covering all the negative aspects of the FFOC. God bless you and let's fight for the much needed change in in the FDOC.

Sincerely Ronald W. Clark Jr. #812974
