You can view original documents & the orders for these cases using www.pacer.gov or the courts' websites, noted below

1. Suit About Retaliation for PREA Complaint
File Stolen/Lost By Staff

Today I received the "Minute Sheet" from the court (www.wied.uscourts.gov), document #62 for Case No.18-cv-2027, Lindell v. Meli, in which the judge (David E. Jones) reiterated that: 1) he'd get me that law book that was "lost" (along w/ most of my property); 2) that defendants had 30 days to prepare for mediation (i.e. settlement, to resolve how much $ I get -- another guy got 17,000$ for a similar suit against the same defendant; but he spent 240 days in seg, while ! spent three YEARS in seg); 3) that the AAG needed to contact these people to remedy the loss/theft of my property. You can look at the minute sheet using pacer.gov to verify this.
I offered to settle the suit & my claim about the loss of my property for 25,000$, plus a transfer to another prison, where I can do a BA program, fully accredited, in Christian Studies (I needn't be a believer to be in it & a degree is a degree). If their greed overrides their hatred for me, I'll soon be at another prison. My case is easily worth 40,000$.
(Did you receive the revised two-part email explaining exactly what happened, how I was framed & my property lost/stole? RSVP. Merci !)

2. Suit About Being Set Up to Be Stabbed @ W.S.P.F.
Western District Wisconsin, U.S. District Court Case
# 18-CV-895,
Lindell v. Jess, et alia.
Given the earlier described case, you might grasp why staff might want to set me up to be stabbed!
Magistrate Judge Stephen L. Crocker approved my Eighth Amendment claims in this case (that, in several ways, staff were deliberately indifferent to the dangers posed by group rec in WSPF's Seg/RH unit & to the danger posed by the guy who stabbed me) in a published order, Lindell v. Jess, et alia, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 98513, dated 12 June 2019. (see www.wiwd.uscourts.gov)
Discovery (gathering evidence) is underway, and I'm going to be interrogated by defendants' counsel, AAG Samuel T. Berg (bergst@doj.state.wi.us) & Kevin L. Grzebielski
(grzebielskikl@doj.state.wi.us). I missed the scheduling hearing, as I was in the law library & staff neglected to call over & get me.
They're not going to want to settle it any time soon, as they know they'll have to give six figures: I almost died, have ongoing medical issues.

3. Suit About Solitary Confinement @ W.S.P.F.
Western District Wisconsin, U.S. District Court Case
# 18-CV-1021, Lindell v. Litscher, et alia

In another published order, Lindell v. Litscher, et alia, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 138422, dated 15 August 2019, Magistrate Judge Crocker ordered me to pare down my complaint & simplify it. He later granted me two extra weeks to do so. As I argued in a motion, it seems like he doesn't want to let me bring a "totality-of-conditions" claim, despite such claims having been approved by our Circuit (e.g. French v. Owens, 777 F.2d 1250, 1252 (7th Cir. 1985)) & recently litigated against Lincoln Hills/Copper Lake (J.J. v. Litscher, et alia, W.D. Wis. Case No.
17-CV-47-jdp).
I'm still putting together an amended complaint that I hope satisfies the judge.

4. Suit About Being Put In A Shit-Smeared Cell
Because I Wrote Complaints About Another Prisoner Being Abused & Wrote Articles About Prison Conditions Posted Online, Eastern District Wisconsin, U.S. District Court Case # 19-CV-255, Lindell v. Pollard, et alia

My First & Eighth Amendment claims in this case were approved by Judge Lynn Adelman in a 17 April 2019 unpublished ordered. Strangely, defendants answer to my suit admitted that they moved me because I wrote complaints about how they were treating a mentally ill neighbor, but denied knowing that I wrote articles posted online critical of conditions -- on discovery they produced emails showing multiple staff alerting each other as to my latest internet posts about their prison's seg unit, meaning they lied in their answer to my suit!
I've invited them to settle the case, which already is strong enough that it must go to trial. Prison staff in the case are being represented by Eliot M. Held (heldem@doj.state.wi.us) & Timothy M. Barber (barbertm@doj.state.wi.us).

5. Suit About Being Transferred Out of approved Because I Wrote Lawsuits for Other Prisoners & Articles About Conditions In Seg/RH, Eastern District of Wisconsin, U.S. District Court Case # 19-CV-702, Lindell v. Kind, et alia

My First Amendment claims in this case were approved by Judge Adelman in an unpublished 18 July 2019 order, but he denied me leave to pursue my conspiracy claim. I filed a motion for reconsideration & in an order dated 1 Aug. 2019 Adelman allowed me to pursue my
conspiracy claims too.
Based on emails I obtained on discovery for Vase # 19-CV-255, I moved for expedited mediation in this case, offered to settle for 5,000$ & transfer so I can do a college program at W.C.I.

6. Suit Over W.C.I. Staff Sexually Assaulting Me, In Part
Because I Wrote Articles & Complaints About Conditions In Seg/RH, Eastern District of Wisconsin, U.S. District Court Case # 19-CV-704, Lindell v. Pollard, et alia

My First & Eighth Amendment claims in this case were approved by Judge Adelman in a published order, Lindell v. Pollard, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 124679, 25 July 2019. Discovery hasn't begun yet.

What's most important about this case is the court approving my claim against former D.O.C. Secretary Ed Wall, for him enabling staff to molest me because he ignored massive amounts of complaints about others having been sexually assaulted. Success on this claim will force prisoncrats to act to prevent further abuse when they learn of systemic abuse, unless they want to be sued.

7. Suit Over C.C.1. Staff Denying Me Asthma Inhaler, Framing Me For Having Meds (Tums & Fiber Pills), Extending My Stay In Seg/RH, Etc, Because I File Complaints About Conditions, Western District of Wisconsin, U.S. District Court Case # 19-CV-626, Lindell v.
Novak, et alia

Tonight, 16 Sept 2019, I'm sending out the 16.11$ partial filing fee to begin this case.

And now it's nap time, so I can get up tomorrow & work on all these cases!
