Dear American Correctional Institution
October 10, 2019

I'm coming to you concerning your current ACA audit here at Union Correctional Institution that's to take place next week.

I'm sending you five grievances that have been approved that are dealing with some very serious issues within P-Dorm death row housing. I've already provided copies to several Florida senators and hours representatives, so they are aware of these bio hazardous conditions and fire safety issues that this administration has acknowledged in these grievances.

These are not new issues that have just recently appeared. They've been here during your past audits, which shows the audit team is not doing a sufficient job. And we need to change this.

We need an ACA audit to actually mean and stand for something. At this point, it doesn't. The ACA has a black eye. Its word credibility and reputation has been tarnished, and I'm trying to make a difference and improve the conditions here. All I'm asking is that you come in and really look at these conditions.

Thank you for your time and hopefully for your help.

Sincerely,
Ronald W. Clark Jr. #812974

CC: Senator Randolph Bracy, Representative Anna Eskamani, Representative Carlos Guillermo Smith, Representative Susan Valdes
