My Lawsuit About Wisconsin Prison Officials Punishing Me for Making a PREA Complaint, Created 22 Oct. 2019

This case is Nate A. Lindell v. Anthony P. Meli,et alia, E.D. Wis. It concerns the Security Director at the Waupun Correctional Institution (
WCI), MELI (Anthony.Meli@Wisconsin.gov) falsely charging me in Conduct Report (C.R.) #2406066 with Lying About Staff in a Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) complaint that I phoned in while at WCI in 2013, which staff subordinate to MELI found me guilty of and then sentenced me to 360 days in Disciplinary Separation for (this discipline was also cited to justify keeping me in solitary conf. at WSPF for 3 years).
The problem -- the main one -- is that MELI admitted at my disciplinary hearing that he never even listened to my PREA complaint, that he had no access to it as it was confidential. Secondly, MELI accused me of lying about Cpt. Olson in my PREA complaint, but my PREA complaint was about C.O. Schouten, not Cpt. Olson.
I was told by multiple prisoners at WCI that MELI wrote them too bogus Conduct Reported (CRs) for lying about staff in their PREA complaints. It would help me put an end to this practice if you can dig up & send me any other bogus CRs that MELI wrote against prisoners who made PREA complaints, especially if portions of the disciplinary records are attached & show how the charge was unjustified.
