The Budget

A very important subject in this era. Many is being wasted. Not going to its proper place. I am so tired of every time there is a cut. We reach into the defense spending or Department of Correction Budget. I feel some way about these area because every day the military is fighting in some senseless battle or everyday a juvenile is being locked up for serious crimes and adults are committing serious crimes. Where are we faulting at with the budget cuts and budget within itself? Let's talk our military spending. We say we honor our military and veterans. So why are we constantly taking away from them and their families. Every time you cut the Defense spending that is what you are doing. I have an uncle who is a veteran who had been fighting for 100% benefit from the military because he was exposed to Asian change in war. That man fought for his benefits for 35 years. He won recently the military is trying to hold those benefits from those veterans. Is it fair to withhold what belongs to these veterans who went to fight in war? In return it has all those healthwise because they were fighting in their country. Absolutely not, it's there they earn it. They should get it. Donald Trump has not spent a day in new war or military. He doesn't understand that is why he should not be allowed to make decisions dealing with our military. Syria, look at the decision he made. Why would you pull our troops out? Secretary of Defense and Defense should make all the decisions because the Department of Defense spending keeps getting cutting so they are trying to protect their funds but in the wrong way. By not giving the veteran what is rightful it is wrong all day long. Health coverage Medicare for all - I am tired of the subject because one it's going cost the budget to fly up instead of down. It's going to leave out the people who matter the most because of the stupid rules just to have coverage. Such as Brian Kemp, and Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders. So Brian Kemp is basically saying my son who can only find temporary jobs that seasonal. He's only eligible for health care when he's working. So when that seasonal job is up the don't hire him for good. He is not eligible for Medicare for all. Who even vote for that garbage in Georgia done lost their minds. When you do go out to vote for it in the government, you need to think about who close to you that its not going to help. Health coverage is not difficulty. Bet our politicians in the government are. Every day, all day, and night. The Sheriff and Police Department says they are getting the criminals off the streets to make their community safe. To me that had become an understatement because half of them are criminals themselves. Some has got caught but some haven't yet but their day will come. The ones that are tough on cronies are doing some of the same things or have done the same thing. So we are compiling all these inmates in jail and prison because they committed a crime supposedly. Some are guilty but a large percent are railroad into the system. Listen to some of these case, you can find so many violations of law and constitution on the State behalf. We got all these criminal locked up. Each head is almost $200 a day and when inmates get their money on their account every month a $1.00 is taken from you. Then when you go to medical- the visit is $5.00, each prescription for your pills is $5.00. So why is that the officers are underpaid, slave 12 hours more and don't have enough staff to run the prison in Georgia. This says a lot about our government period in the United States but mainly Georgia. You care about getting criminals off the Street no matter of their guilt or not. Because there are no proper investigation of the cases in Georgia. If your going to run a prison or jail look like these people would be paid properly. Look like they wouldn't have to work over the amount hours of 12 hours because they are short of staff. This says a lot about our governor and general assembly etc. Where is the money going to concerning the jail and prison system because it's not going in the proper place.

Educational budget should never suffer because the teachers and students are very important. I am happy that Brian Kemp did give them a raise when he came in office. Kudos! Our schools and college should have everything they need. Our youth is the next society and generation. What do I mean by that they are next NFL, NBA, President, Senator, Congress, Mayor etc. So if they suffer mental and physically this is going to be that barrier to our next generation and being that impact in our communities. So it's vital that the children are heard out, have the supplies they need at school and eat a healthy meal like the other children. Where I went to school how you was aged at school was based on your parents income. I got plenty of free meals because they couldn't afford lunch money. Guess what the other kids didn't even know it because I got to choose the salad bar or the meal I wanted. I love chocolate milk. So I would ask my friend Tricia or somebody did they want their milk so I could have an extra one. I am not ashamed to say I was poor at times. If you was poor in school nobody pocled on you. But rather lend a helping hand. My friend Patricia or Stella would have extra money. They would buy me things or give me stuff from out of their lunch they brought. We got to reprogram our children to help one another don't judge each other. Their should be one or two people out of the class that you can share you heart with. We got to teach conflict resolution and communication skills to our youth. Because if their being raised in abusive home or rough environment they are made to be quiet. Everything i am saying has something to do with budget of education because we got to keep our children in college and school getting their education. No child should be left behind from getting their education and picking the streets, jail and prison over education. We don't want to continue down the path of death or destruction for our youth. Whoever started the conversation should college athletes get paid absolutely. They should not be hungry. Large tuition and just struggling wanting to turn to drinking, drugging, jail and prison. You're in school it should be an exciting time but instead you got all this stress hanging over you because the weight is so heavy. Yes they sign up for college. But we know the word responsibilities can be abused. That is the same thing as some inmates choose to go to prison. But the state slave them to death for free. They let you go but you have this big fine restitution fee. Could have been paid so that it could go towards your restitution fee but instead you are let go. Got to go find a job. You might or you might not. You find yourself violated quickly ack in prison or jail. The same way with college. You leave college with this big tuition hanging over your head when you finish. You might find a job in your field. Then again you might not. So if that happened. A lot of college students end up homeless turn to drugs and street life end up in jail or prison. We got to change our mindset when it comes to education whether it is regular schools or college. Now I want to turn this conversation to revenues. Recently an area in Georgia basically was trying to get alcohol sells ordinance change so they can sell more alcohol. I am saying to myself. Our society is helping to kill people. At one people the death rate was up for alcohol poisoning. All they thinking about the amount of revenue it's going to being to the city. We are not moving in logic no more. Our society and government is moving rapidly into illogic that is often causing more harm to our society. I begin to think about revenue that can help the state of Georgia. I remember reading this letter in the editorial section of the Bainbridge, GA every week. This elderly man was request that we needed a Walmart. How he would have to travel to Thomasville every week just to go to Walmart. He was persistent with his article. We now have a Walmart in Bainbridge, GA. So many times we in society don't see the bigger picture of the request. Could you imagine how much revenue going into Bainbridge from that Walmart. When I talk about the next thing the church people going to ambush me. My mom is a gambling person. She goes to the Hightlight, Tallhasee, Fl, Monticello, Fl. She goes to the dog track she plays the letter in GA and Fl line Havanna, Fl because they have certain scratch off Georgia don't have. I remember us always going to the Georgia and Alabama line to purchase fireworks or going to the GA and Fl line to purchase firework but we only could have fun with them in the country in Vada, GA at grandma house. However I know the rules have changed for as fireworks. I say all this to say this in Atlantic City, NJ we have the casino. If Atlanta, GA is the heart of Georgia. Why is we can't have the dog track, Hightlight and horseracing there. This would bring major revenue that can go into the education, health, and Department of Correction budget. Why are we dragging our feet on bring casino etc. This stuff is not going cause a quick death like alcohol poisoning. Atlanta, GA had a lot of old building and foreclose home not being used amongst lands that is just setting there. What is left over from the revenue put it into the infrastructure rebuilding bridges and highways. We got to work in logic and stop working in biologics.
