The cases are filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin (www.wied.uscourts.gov), & are:
Case No. 18-CV-2027, Nate A. Lindell v Anthony P. Meli, er alia;
& Case No. 19-CV-704, Lindell v. Pollard, et alia.
and anyone can look up the actual lawsuits (i.e. "Civil Complaints") for the suits using www.pacer.gov, where you may also view A.A.G. Samuel T. Berg's (bergst@doj.state.wi.us) motions to dismiss (filed 8 Nov. 2019).
Basically, because --over 12 years ago -- I had another lawsuit, my appeal of it, & a petition for the Supreme Court to review the case all dismissed and deemed meritless, A.A.G. Berg argues that I was wrongly allowed to proceed in these current cases, per the Prison Litigation Reform Act (P.L.R.A. -- a law signed into effect by Bill Clinton...). A.A.G. Berg argues that I must first pay each case 400$ filing fees. Technically A.A.G. Berg may be correct, which means my judge (Lynn Adelman) may dismiss my cases, allowing staff to get away with AND CONTINUE DOING what I'm trying to sue them for, such as:

*in Lindell v. Meli, the Security Director (S.D.) at Waupun Correctional Institution (W.C.I.), Meli, charged me with lying about staff in a PREA complaint, even though he admitted at the disciplinary hearing that he hadn't listened to my actual PREA complaint & denied my request to have the PREA complain considered at the disciplinary hearing. As a result, I was sentenced to 360 days in seg & spent 3 years in solitary confinement in WI'S "former" supermax, where I ended up being stabbed in my head & almost died;

* in Lindell v. Pollard, four staff held my arms and legs while a Cpt. pointed a tazer at the back of my head and a fifth guard cut my clothes off with shears & then probed my anus & genitals, as I stood & calmly told them that I would cooperate with a regular strip search but what they were doing was sexual assault.

Staff have punished multiple prisoners for making PREA complaints & done aggressive/degrading strip searches on them, as they did to me. My suits can end this!
If enough people decide to contribute to paying the filing fees (400$ per case), that would moot A.A.G. Berg's motion, allow me to proceed with the cases. People can contact the court (www.wied.uscourts.gov) for details how to do so, or mail contributions directly to the court at:

Clerk, E.D. Wis. U.S. District Court
ATTN: Filing Fees for Cases #18-CV-2027 & 19-CV-704
517 E. Wisconsin Ave., Room 362
Milwaukee, WI
53202

Please share this article with others, so that not only will people understand one of the terrible results of the PLRA -- i.e. allowing prison officials to freely violate Constitutional rights of captives, as they dey the same captives even minimum wage, making it impossible for prisoners to save up the 400$ needed to pay a filing fee.
