On this 1st day of December 2011, CHARLES KNIGHT (seller) and _____________(buyer) are desirous of entering into a contract and the seller and buyer do grant, bargain and agree the agreement us as follows to wit:

Seller in consideration of the covenants and agreements herein contained to be kept and performed by buyer, his heirs, executors, administrators and successors in interest, and upon the terms and conditions herein contained, does hereby grant bargain and convey to buyer ALL INFORMATION and material to compile a manuscript entitles "THE RISE AND FALL OF THE HIGHLAND PARK WRECKIN' CREW (hereinafter referred to as "manuscript") * Legal description which buyer does hereby accept said "manuscript" and agree to the terms below.

TERMS: The terms and conditions of agreement shall be payment by the buyer to the seller.

BINDING: It is hereby covenanted and agreed by and between the parties hereto that the covenants and agreements herein contained shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and successors in interest to the parties to this agreement.

IT WITNESS WHEREOF: The parties have here unto set their hands the day and year first above written.

May not contact a publisher without approval.

May not negotiate with publisher without written approval.

Holds all rights to final editing.

May not negotiate any contracts with media outlets, such as Publishers, Authors, Journalists, Television or movie producers.

Mr. Knight maintains creative to all media, which includes, but not limited to, any publishing, movies, music or media interviews, based on court cases: State of Michigan v Charles Knight.

Maintains rights to any material created from interviews of Charles Knight (movie rights) of Charles Knight.

All actions by both parties must be in compliance to all local, state and federal laws.

May not contact or retain an agent representative.

Any and all accounts may not be reproduced.

Any and all royalties will be divided 51% - 49%.

Insurance will be responsible of hidden charges.

Negotiation monthly payments.
