Some of the policies and procedures around here are absolutely absurd. For instance if a female comes down the wing, they want us to have shorts and pants on, and god have mercy don't let a female staff member see your bare chest. Now get this, they let homosexual male officers put us through strip searches. And when we go to the shower, your paraded out on camera with women in the control room watching us, in our underwear shirtless. Now you tell me how much since that makes?!! If that's not an oxymoron of a policy then I don't know what is. These people put polices in place, without even thinking them through. Your standing in the holding cell in your underwear five feet away from the control room where a female is sitting there watching you, as you wait on your shave or hair cut. So what gives?How much since does this make. Well its just like this place, totally senseless! They violate rules polices and procedures when its convenient for them.Yes this place makes about as much since as a square block, going through a round hole. But welcome to the FDOC.
