LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this Letter of Recommendation for William Goehler in my capacity as the Chairman of the Inmate Advisory Council (IAC), at Mule Creek State Prison's "A" Facility.
I have known Mr. Goehler since he was recommended as someone who could help serve on the Council. I had determined to produce a better environment conducive toward rehabilitation here at Facility "A", and Mr. Goehler's keen insight in this regard was indeed very helpful.
It is my observation that Mr. Goehler's greatest assets are his ability to communicate and his willingness to take on any task required to resolve problems. He has always shown me that he is interested in improving conditions.
I wish Mr. Goehler all the best in his future endeavors and I am certain he will be successful in his pursuits to serve the prisoner population in some capacity toward a better environment conducive to rehabilitation.
