UPDATE #2
For the last couple of months, I've been MIA working on the following important matter:
1. finalizing the settlement in a civil rights lawsuit I filed, in 2017, regarding prison officials hindering my Buddhist practice (see attached Civil Minutes);
2. researching, & filing, another civil rights lawsuit for prison interfering with my Buddhist practice, in violation of both the free exercise & establishment clauses; &, most importantly,
3. investigating how, & when, the new L.A. District Attorney will review my case--for details, see my previous posts: "True Justice Must Be Done in The Light," pts. 1 & 2, with supplement; & my "Death Penalty Moratorium Presentation." This is huge because this can get me closer to justice. Presently, the D.A.'s office is developing the procedures it will use to implement this review.
Will definitely keep you posted! :)
In solidarity,
