Taking Freedom For Granted

Freedom is a physical accessory that is taken for granted on a daily basis. We as a human race get so caught up in our hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly schedule that we tend to dial up our freedom as a right instead of a privilege. That is until you lose your freedom! Then you realize how important the common things in life mean to you.

For example, dropping your kids off to school, using the telephone freely, showering on demand, driving to the local grocery store, or cuddling up underneath the fireplace with that special someone. Basically, doing what you want to do when you want to do it.

Being told what to do and when to do it is only invited when you join our armed forces. Otherwise, it's considered an unwanted disciplinary festival where everyone is welcome but no one wants to come.

Life and freedom go hand and hand. Never take them for granted!
