I have been assigned to B-Facility Recycling Crew since October 2020. There are many Aluminum cans and much plastic avalible for recycling at this facility simply being discarded.
I believe if there was official incentive from your office alerting the population here at Mcsp-staff and prisioners alike-that all of our recycled cans and plastics could serve some greater purpose in the near-by community, we could perhaps develope both an ecological and economical camaraderie; as your office aknowledges the amount of finantial contibution our "Recycling Campaign" produced in quarterly reports, going toward a good cause in the community.
Assigned recyclers each facility will certainly be motivated to participate if there were a few designated "recycling" bins on the yard as well.
This community consciousness would help serve as good PR for the rehabillitative value of this program.
This post-covid crisis provides us ample opprortunity to create a new and better reality here now. I hope that I can be of some help.

I pray all is well in your world, sir. As discussed a couple weeks ago, im sending you a copy of the attached(5) pages of PR I've sent out to several supporters in the Church of Scientology. I simply want you to see that i'm still maintaing my SPO creation - even after the last 18 months of covid. You are, after all, Mr.Riley's official contact and so I think you should be aware of my actions here. I'm also sending these (5) pages to CRM Eshelman's office since that is where I wrote (via April Eickhart) suggesting consideration of severl rehabilitative groups I could facilitate here at B-Facility. eg.Crimion(.org); TheWayToHappiness(.org); TruthAboutDrugs(.org);VolunteerMinisters.course(.org).

Also, I spoke with Media Specialist Marco, about aring Scientology videos on the institutional channels being used to air muslim and jewish videos. I've written Mr.Riley about this opportunity and suggested he contact Mr.Eshelman to work out the details for providing these videos for the Media Center to air for MCSP's population. Perhaps you will contact Mr.Riley to discuss this video proposal.
