"UPDATE DAY 11 OF THE HUNGER STRIKE"
OVER FIRSTAMENDMENT RETALIATION
Well today is Wednesday October 13,2021 day 11 of this hunger strike. I seen the nurse this
morning for on vitals. My weight was 210 pounds. So I lost 4 pounds since yesterday. 28
pounds in 11 days. My bp 112/84 pulse 84, bs 77 so that's pretty good. I know a lot of people
want me to quit this. But I've set it in my mind to do 30 days or accomplish my goal of having
Secretary Inch view that grievance. If he does he will see several things. One Mr Minta shouldn't
have responded to a grievance that was against him. Secondly there's no evidence to support
this DR and Mr Minta failed to apply the law. And the other thing he will see is no one has ever
had their visit's suspended for a minor DR under 33-801.731.(18) All of which shows that this
was retaliation over what I had been writing. Yes this is not an easy task. But I'm going to push
on to the 30 days. Maybe by then we will have enough people !salting at this. Because one
things for sure, we have a beautiful grievance system on paper. But when it comes down to
using it, well its pure garbage! And we inmates need a voice and away to resolve problems in
side this human cesspool! And I'm fighting for all of this! Take care and God bless you all.
