A Solution to the Problem of Child Poverty

I just read a news story about the rate of child poverty rising from 5.4% to 12.3% in just the past few years.

This is appalling. No child should have to live in poverty.

This is totally unnecessary. Avoidable. Remediable.

Come on, people. Come on, parents... get it together.

Raise those kids' allowances already!
