On 11/28/23 the following happened:
1.) I received policy #MIL 2.5-searches dated 3/8/23. This is the first policy I have ever seen for STARC. I had to pay $1.75 for the policy.
2.) I received 8 pictures of my mother, neice + nephews. These pictures were only sent after my mother got permission in June 2023 to send them to me. The pictures were turned over to my Treatment Team for review.
3.) I received a reply to my appeal for the 28 days "Loss of regular privileging" that said in part:
"Please be advised, there were wires found in your room during a search on 11/7/23. The wires were altered from their original state which is considered to be contraband. There was also a charger for a phone which was previously deemed as contraband. Your treatment team is not currently exploring discontinuing your LoPat this time"
This reply came from Risk management.
Then on 11/29.23 I received a reply to both my book and magazine objection to care and treatment from Risk Management. They said in part: 1.) (Book)-"Please be advised, your treatment team has been made aware of your concerns, Your treatment team will be reviewing the book at the next Property and Privileging Committee meeting".
2.) (Magazines)-"Please be advised, your treatment team has been made aware of your concerns. Your treatment team will be reviewing the magazines at the next property and privileging committee meeting".

Then on 11/30/23 the following happened:
1.) I sent Justin Lopata, Cheif of operations the following letter:
"I am writing today after reviewing the copy of Policy #MIL 2.5-searches to:
1.)find out why I was not provided with the whole policy (all parts). To be more specific, why was "Forms + Attachments"-"STARC Contraband List" not provided to me? It is part of the policy isn't it?
2.)find out why I had to purchase a copy of the policy when one was supposed to be put on each ward, The policy is dated 3/8/23 but noone (residents) has ever seen it until I showed them my copy I got on 11/28/23".
2.) I sent Daniel Tope, Executive Director of STARC appeals on:
a.)(Book)-"Books have nothing to do with property and privileging committee. My book(s) were/are supposed to be reviewed by my TX Team. Please review original objection."
b.)(Magazines)"Magazines have nothing to do with property and privileging committee. My 3x magazines were/are to be reviewed by my TX Team. Please review original objection".
c.)(28 days LOP) "I ask that you look at and review original statement made on this issue as my appeal to the decision made on the 28 day LOP"
3.) I received a letter from one of the lawyers I wrote on 11/19/23. It told me that the lawyer had passed away.
4.) I was told by RC2 stern that I would not be geting my book entitled "jay's Gay Agenda" due to it containing kids in the storyline.

Then on 12/1/23 social worker Cordero came to see me so I could sign to recind my contract for programing. Yes, as of 12/11/23 I no longer will be going to programs. He also made it seem that I would not be getting the pictures of my mother, neice + nephews while meeting with me.

Then on 12/4/23 I sent the following letter to the Business office (Resents Accounts). It said in part:
"I am writing today to find out why $36.91 is missing from my account. This seems to keep happening every few months, what I mean is that money keeps coming up missing from my account. I keep very good records of my account."
Also on 12/4/23 I had my mother email NYS Dept. of state/sec. of state to find out if the facility (STARC) has started following:
1.)NY Const. 6 § 8 +
2.)NY Exec. Law § 102
When it comes to their Policies, Proceedures, Practices, Rules and Rule book.
