Yes Father John I remember you. You sent me all those internet downloads: All the lyrics to, "Jak Tarr- Sailor" and rare images of wooden ships, which inspired many colored pencil, oil crayon, regular crayon paintings. This colored pencil painting is mostly imagination. The lighthouse was from a saltwater fishing newsletter, but it was boring as just a little known automates lighthouse on a sandbar covered with beach roses, (Elizabeth Islands, Buzzards Bar, Massachusetts)> So I made it more interesting as a false daugerotype with a tethered observation balloon, (which I simply guessed at how it would appear), on a cliff.
The one on the blogs space is not for sale because I always gift BTB with artwork I post - they're a non profit staffed with volunteers. However, like most of my successful motiffs I did several versions I have one version almost identical that is for sale to you for short $. Tell me; did they clearly print about 9 pgs from my McLean Hospital Report alongside "False Daugeotype"? I need to know.
