REACTION OF OVERACTED JUDGMENT IN SPICE

Because the prison officials have been interfering with Spicer and my connection, the fear I had for my known enemies had returned and caused an increase in "poor nutrition" and "poor self-image." That neither offender Spicer nor myself had gotten any disciplinary reports for "inappropriate sexual behavior" involving the other.

In the long fearful months, I began to exhibit natural feelings for Spicer and because of the profit Spicer had returned, he merely played it off as being a close friendship. It went as far as that I, in February 2010, showed signs that I was in fear for Spicer's safety on the other pod, but my concerns were simply ignored by Mr. Tadmah. In addition, I had never showed a level of discomfort to Mr. Schierbrock without having Spicer on the same pod as him.

Acting under information seized from my cell, a classification committee placed Spicer under investigation for strongarming me. This committee consisted of Mr. Schierbrock and Mr. Ehsminger. In April 2010, offender Spicer gave a statement to Mr. Schierbrock denying all allegations of paid protection and strongarming. A few days later, Spicer was allowed by the committee to be released back into general population.

At this time, a classification committee was secretly held to determine the need to place me under protective custody until Spicer discharged his sentence in June 2010. Later in April, a classification committee met with me informing me of this decision. This committee consisted of Ms. Kuper and Ms. Schierbrock.
