NIGHTMARE FROM HELL—PART TWO

In December, it was no surprise to me that offenders Anderson and Meester became cellmates through Ms. Gehle, and soon after Meester was released into general population from his protective custody. Ms. Gehle deprived the other prison staff from being able to adequately monitor his relations with the other pod inmates. Each day like on December 12, 2011, offender Anderson would go by my cell on the upper range to perform his job assignment that Mr. Eid gave him. When he does, something is always missing out of my cell and ends up on the other side of the tier in his cell. Offender Anderson claims when I confronted him that it is because I refused to pay Meester, so he would then steal my property out of my cell as long as Mr. Eid leaves my cell door open. I know why: Meester wanted to strongarm me out of canteen, and I was not going to contribute to such behavior.

On December 13, Meester and offender Hutchinson made threats about beating my ass because Meester did not receive anything willingly from me. Then on December 18, offender Nath called me disrespectful names to provoke a fight.

On December 22, offender Meester traunted me about being on his group's hit list because he knows that I am a homosexual. This group consisted of offenders Anderson, Butts, Rulli, and Granados. Anderson turned in no less than twenty different letters from Meester to me. These letters were in reference to an inappropriate relationship that Meester believed he is having with, which he had agreed to.

In some of these letters Mr. Young had read that Meester will continue to tell on him in letters he writes until I accept those of his group. Later, Mr. Cangas had flipped this recollection around to falsely state that he has read that I will do such behavior until Meester agrees to my relationship.

The following day, Anderson threatened me by pointing his finger one inch away from my face, telling me to leave his girlfriend Meester alone. Meester was present, holding Anderson around the waist. Ms. Kuper believes that there is nothing sexual occurring between them when Meester admitted that his reason to be double bunk was for sex. Hours later, when I was returning my empty tray to the dining hall's dish washer, Meester spit in my face.

On December 24, Mr. Cangas came to know that I was writing letters to Meester and emailed all prison staff about having me to stop writing letters of inappropriate nature to other offenders. Mr. Cangas only suggested for me to stop writing to other offenders. There is nothing in the disciplinary report to show how Mr. Cangas knew about any letters being written several days before December 31, when the report was written. The letters Mr. Cangas was referring to was those Anderson had compelled me to write for Meester on sexual nature.

On December 26, Meester provoked Anderson to aggressively push my head up against the staircase frame on the pod. Mr. Stoutenburg was present at the time of th his assault, but failed to intervene or otherwise act to end the assault. Mr. Stoutenberg acted like he never saw the assault take place, and this is probably based on the face he hates homosexuals.

On December 29, Mr. Cangas reported that upon watching the video of this incident, it showed me attempting to provoke further assaults by Anderson, but the video does not show that I did or said anything to provoke Anderson in the first assault. If it does not show why Anderson had assaulted me, then there is no reason to believe I would provoke further assaults.

On December 31, Mr. Cangas received no less than twenty letters that Meester had turned in that were written from me. I reject Meester claiming that offender Bailey or Anderson had turned any letter into Mr. Cangas because the disciplinary report does not say anyone but Meester.

Mr. Cangas reported that these letters were aggressive and they indicated an attempt to coerce Meester into a relationship he wrote to me, where Meester admits to being bisexual and proposed a sexual contact or relationship with me. Offender Anderson made me write Meester, going so far as to threaten Meester, "Once a relationship with me ever gets going, there is no turning back because I will never let you go." Offender Meester lied to Mr. Cangas that he felt uncomfortable and threatened in a sexual way by my unwanted advances, when I was forced to make advances towards Meester from threats made by those of his group.

Any of the letters that were turned over to Ms. Gehle in an attempt to correct my behavior through therapeutic means have failed when I am not the one who is attempting to force myself on Meester. I was merely made to act as the "middleman" for other offenders engaged in this activity.
