HELP JUSTICE TO PREVAIL

An escalating pattern of criminal misconduct has presented itself in my case. To a degree of showing itself to be a classic example of what can only be defined as, creating a farce and mockery of the criminal justice system. The scope of this pattern of misconduct could only have been achieved through the actions of a criminal enterprise of RACKETEERS, operating within Florida's legal community. Working together through collusion and complicity to obstruct justice, while creating the appearance of justice having been served. The most revealing evidence of the pattern to obstruct justice, is found in the fact I am one, of only a few on Florida's death row who has never been granted an evidentiary hearing on my guilt/innocence issues. Thus, preventing me from presenting the evidence that proves I did not receive a fair and impartial trial. These racketeers controlled my fate through forcing a facade of appellate representation on me. I fought back through filing an appellate record of my own, knowing the racketeers would one day pay for their criminal activities. Obstructing justice in my capital murder case is a serious offense, so is false imprisonment, and attempted murder. Only now my priority has to be in vindicating myself of any kind of murder. For me to achieve this goal, I need the help of this court of public opinion to help spotlight the five trial level attorneys. Forcing them to come forward to respond to the withheld favourable evidence and how not having that evidence prevented them from providing me with a fair and impartial trial These five attorneys have to be made aware they can no longer hide in the shadows, and shun their ethical duty. As justice will prevail! Sealing the fates of those guilty of abusing their power, and authority at

my expense. I believe this court of public opinion, coming together collectively will help me obtain the influence to insure justice does not prevail.
