"Bullies and Thieves!"

Here's how lame and petty these guards are: this morning one of the pickle-suits stopped me (for no reason) to search me. I had 12 dollars in ducats in my pocket that belonged to my cellie Donnie. Of course, the bully stole it. They SELL ducats here, then the guards, to be bullies, STEAL it from you! When I asked for it back "it" threatened me with a "cell search", which they illegally use as a weapon of harassment and bullying. They are never to use cell searches as retaliatory punishment, but they are allowed to because what are we going to do? Here's the worst fuckin' part: I have been painting these guards' lockers using MY OWN paint, which I haven't the money to replace, and I'm getting NOTHING in return. I figured I'd AT LEAST NOT get bullied and harassed in return. Fuck! I've been doing this my whole miserable life and I know better! I shouldn't be so fuckin' naive but I STILL, somehow, tend to think people will act right and honorably and NOT like bullies. I'm learning, slowly. People will ALWAYS do the wrong thing. People are petty. People suck! And when I say "people", I mean "pickle-suits"! They use the power of their gang, the CDC, as a weapon to harass, intimidate, steal, threaten, etc. Cowardly bullies. They push me to the fuckin' limit. And I mean LIMIT! I'm not going to take this much longer.

I just got another retaliation cell search on 9-11 by Capt. Crunch (not his real name). He was apparently jealous that I wasn't painting HIS locker. I heard him crying about it that day. I should have checked my cell better but it was so destroyed I didn't realize til the next day that he opened several of my paint tubes and left the lids off! Of course they were ruined. Petty little man. This is one of those guards that worked 20 yrs, retired and came back to work so now he's getting his full pension AND another full paycheck! No wonder California is so fucked up! The CDC is full of these immoral thieves that ARE the problem. And to top it off this same clown SLEEPS at least 2 hrs a day at the podium. I believe that's called "theft". Stealing money from the taxpayers by sleeping when he's supposed to be working. OR reading his Harry Potter book. 60 yr old man reading Harry Potter? Wow. Fuckin' Paul Blarts! I don't know how these clowns live with themselves. I guess bullies just have some insecurities, they are trying to overcompensate for SOME shortcoming they have; maybe they were molested when they were kids, or THEY were bullied, or they have "short-dick syndrome". Whatever it is, it's just as bad as when some bully pushes a smaller, weaker kid around. They use the power of the state, their GANG, to push us around. They are no better than any other gang in California. Actually, they are WORSE! They hide behind the guise of "law and order" (a joke), and do what any other gang does; theft, intimidation, etc. And what's up with all these "able bodied men" not over in the Middle East fighting for their country? Why are they "double-dipping" on their paychecks? Doesn't sound like patriots to me. Sounds like they are enemies of the USA to me. Commies! I guess they found the perfect place to hide.

Soo... went to see the sgt. to try to get a receipt for the stolen ducats. He refused and said "I'm giving you a 115 (write-up), you can use that as a receipt." A 115? How petty and small. So this sgt. is using his little power, which is really the power of the CDC gang, to bully me even more. Now tell me they aren't a gang! They are just petty, bully gang bangers and I'm wrong because he's backing his gang member. They all manipulate and break the rules and laws as they see fit, because they have the power over us. They CAN. They are no different than any other criminal in here. It's just dumb luck that THEY aren't in blue. How many people can steal from their work, manipulate their hours on their payroll, break ALL the rules, threaten people, disrespect EVERYONE and still keep their jobs? Only THESE criminals. They are like 12 yr old bullies, picking on an 8 yr old in a wheelchair. Our hands are essentially tied due to the CDC gang's "rules" and the "green wall". That's the name they give themselves. Their actual gang name. They have a code of silence and ALL will lie for the others against us and cover for each other when they steal shit.

One of their criminal acts involves overtime and sick pay. If they sign-up for overtime and later before that shift starts tell their supervisor they are sick, they get to go home and STILL get paid time and a half for that whole shift. Don't believe me? L.A. Times did an article on it. Check it out. I think it was 2003 or 2004 so you'll have to check their online archives. That was written while I was in Lancaster State Prison and back there the guards would pull some move like this: One calls in sick, the other signs up to cover them then they call in sick. The first one gets paid for not working, the second gets paid time & a half for not working. They'd take turns with this. Their union is so powerful they get whatever they want including "sick-pay" and "over-time sick pay". It was so bad in Lancaster (probably everywhere) that if the prison calls some guard to offer him overtime and the guard says "I want it, but I'm sick", the state had to give him that time & a half sick pay! Just because the guard said "Yes, I want it, but..." Nowadays they have to produce a note from a doctor, but they have "guard friendly" doctors, paid for by their health coverage that YOUR tax dollars provide, that give them a note, because they have a "tummy ache" or some unprovable ailment. So, are they stealing? Are they a burden on the state? The majority of the tax money in this state go to the multi-billion dollars "needed" to run this prison system. And the vast majority goes to guard paychecks. Feel used yet? Meanwhile, the state cuts education funding (those kids don't need an education anyway), funding to seniors (they'll be dead soon anyway), and several other things that are less important than overpaying these clowns and funding their boats and Harleys and other toys. Remember how they raised tuition across California for college students? Got to pay those guards! They do not rate $50.00 an hour PLUS! Not for what they do. They deserve $10.00 an hr. THAT'S how Gov. Brown solves the deficit crisis in this state. He needs to disband their union (require MORE than a forged GED), and within one year the budget will be fixed. The CDC is, by FAR, the biggest burden on the people, and they bully the whole state, including YOU if you're a taxpayer, the Governor, etc. If Jerry Brown declared a state of emergency, he could stomp their union out. No more quarter million dollar paychecks, no more $75 an hr overtime while a guard goes to the beach "sick". No more cuts to children's education, the elderly (our parents and grandparents), etc. while they "smile all the way to the bank". Am I a little biased? FUCK YES! I'm also RIGHT! These guys get power-crazy, knowing they have the biggest gang in the world at their fingertips. (Literally; they all have panic buttons to call for backup which they use several times a day.) Like all bullies they are cowards at heart, and everyone sees thru it. It's funny to look out our back windows and watch these "tough guys" change out of their costumes or put a T-shirt on over them so no one recognizes them out there. Why would they do that? Why are they hiding? Is it maybe because they aren't surrounded by all the other gang members to protect them? Hmmm. How pathetic. You should see how they strut around with their chests out, hand on their batons, eye-fuckin' everyone like they are the baddest muthafuckers around, putting convicts on the wall to pat them down to pretend they are real cops, stealing money right out of our pockets because they CAN, then after work they hide their costumes so they don't get recognized out there! Scary sherry! I'm just waiting for these guards to come do their retaliation "cell search" which is really just them taking stuff and throwing all our property all over the floor so it takes hours to put things right. Bully? Of course. That's who's attracted to this job. Someone who was bullied themselves and now this is their "get backs". Someone who is so full of hate because they were sexually abused or they are so socially inept they now FINALLY have the upper hand and they're GOING to use it. Whatever their petty story, it results in the same thing: petty, hateful, criminal, small bullies that would suck a dick to be a REAL cop.

There are MANY guards that can't pass the psych and/or the physical tests to be real cops, so they settle for this job that has NO physical or psychological requirements. Their union got rid of those. There are so many guards here that are physically "challenged". Elderly women AT LEAST 70 yrs old, males who are under 5'4", females that are under 5', even some who are pushing 400 pounds! It's pathetic. And brains? You wouldn't believe how simple some of these people are. I saw two guards arguing that you can't see into space from earth! One said, "Where do you think all those stars are? Where do you think the moon is?" The other said, "The moon ain't in space! It may be in A space but it's not in THE space!" This was a grown ass man! 35 to 40 yrs old! Unbelievable. This is the caliber of people that is raping the state's coffers! How do you feel funding this kind of genius with your taxes? Thank that union; CCPOA. THEY created the largest prison system in the world. I forget the exact details, but I believe there's more prisoners in Cal. than in all the prisons in the world. I know that sounds crazy, but it's something like that. Maybe it's the 4th largest. Whatever it is, it's INSANELY large. And it's criminal.

I try not to be hate-filled and bitter like them. I really do. I try to smile, be polite and respectful and not think the worst of people. They make it impossible. I always say thank you and excuse me to these green wallers. It's a reflection on my mother. And their disrespect and bullying and hate is a reflection on THEIR mother. She must be a grade-A shit hole. Too bad that abortion didn't take! Must have been a butt baby!

That's enough negative shit for one day. I can't let these morons keep me down. They actively try to ruin our lives. Like I don't have it hard enough. My cellie works his ass off all week for 12 rat ass dollars and they steal it from me? SO petty and small. Maybe some penis enlargement will make them feel a little more "adequate" and they won't feel the need to over-compensate by BULLYING someone in a lesser position. Did I mention they are all bullies?
