Hello Readers,

Because some of you expressed interest as to the status of Sean Riker's appeal, how his children are faring, and how the travesty that happened could happen in America, the "land of the free and the home of the brave," including how a biased jury could be impanelled, I thought I'd let Sean answer these questions in his own words. Despite having no idea what he'll write, I trust and endorse his words.

Any comments you post, I will share with Sean.

First and foremost, thank you everyone for expressing concern for my case. It is of the most sensitive nature because it involves my children. I'm hesitant to "tell all" because I love my children so much, I want to protect them from EVERYTHING. But I know their story needs to be put out there.

My comrade, Nate Lindell, tells me that some of you have certain questions for me. I will answer them in the short-form because writing space is an issue. As for the status of my appeal; on Nov. 1st, 2012 my attorney JUST received the trial transcripts and is now able to work on my case. The Wisconsin Innocence Project are very much a part of my case. They are "chomping at the bit" to prove my innocence. They have not seen a worse case of wrongful conviction than mine. The [only] evidence in my case PROVES my innocence. How this could happen in the good ol' U.S. of A. is simple! I had a past criminal record, I was arrested in a small corrupt town, the police hid evidence that proved I was set up, there were cops on my jury, a friend of the Ass. D.A. on my jury, a crime reporter on my jury who had been doing stories on my case even before she was on my jury. Zero evidence was produced at my trial to prove "guilt". The jury was out for 45 minutes (including lunch) and returned with a guilty verdict. Impossible!

As for my children, I am so sad. My oldest daughter, who is 12, is in juvenile hall until she's 18 for assaulting cop(s). Her mother disowned her and put her on the streets at age 10. My daughter went to a foster home where they were mean to her. She PURPOSELY assaulted numerous cops so she would go to juvie where she would "be safe from harm". The cops got involved when she ran away to her "mother's" house and the "mother" called the police on my daughter to take her away.

My 4 yr old son + 5 yr old daughter are still in the home w/ the "mother". But the mother JUST married a child molester + heroin junkie who is in prison for a parole violation for stalking an elementary school. He gets out November 2012 and is paroling to my children's home. I'm sure I do not need to tell you what anguish I am going through. My children are in danger and I can't do anything about it. I wrote to 37 org's in Fort Collins, Colo. where my kids reside and told them my kids are in danger. I received no responses.

I'm attaching a police report and a computer examiner's report. You will see how my ex tried to SET ME UP for child pornography. Compare the dates. I have been incarcerated since Nov 10, 2009. Write to me. I will show you 400+ pages of my innocence. Sorry so short!

Exhibit "A"

On 12-17-09, I went to [redacted]'s residence at 26213 Nordic Ridge Dr. to obtain two computers. In my experience it was believed that due to RIKER'S sexual assault of his children that there may have been child pornography on those computers. [Redacted] advised me that she believed SEAN had downloaded child pornography.

I completed a Consent to Search form which [redacted] signed. I then took possession of a black and gray Emachine, model E/1200. The serial number was PTNAEOY005847037F83001. The other computer that I had possession of was a Toshiba, black and gray laptop, with a serial number 99578159K.

On this same date, I turned the computers over to Investigator Stark at the Law Enforcement Center. I asked Inv. [redacted] to property inventory these items. The Emachine was property inventoried as Item #16 and the Toshiba laptop was item #17. Both of these items were secured into locker #40 under PI-29407. I had requested that Inv. [redacted] transport these computers to DCI for a preview for any child pornography.

Summary:
This report is reference a computer forensic analysis performed by [redacted] at the offices of DCI in Madison WI on 10/25-10/26/10. Upon arrival at approx 09:00 AM C/A Mark [redacted] provided me with a 2TB SATA Hard Drive with two EnCase evidence hard drive images loaded on it. One from an EMachine desktop and one from a Toshiba Laptop. Odenthal believes the EMachine to be DCI Property #10-149.1 and the Toshiba Laptop to be 10-149.2.

[Redacted] loaded both evidence hard drive images into EnCase V6. On reviewing the folder structures on both machines [redacted] observed that the EMachine's hard drive only had user created profile "Sean". The Toshiba laptop only had the user created profile "Taylorbabie".

On the EMachine under the "Sean" profile [redacted] observed hundreds of family type images in approx 34 catalogued folders that appeared to have been taken with a digital camera, Polaroid 1737, between 2007 and 2009. Limited time will not allow [redacted] to export all of these images, further, Odenthal was not allowed to export images, only metadata. In this case, Odenthal observed 1 picture among the hundreds, where a blonde female, possibly aged 8-10 years old, wearing a dress with apparently no panties, was laying on a bed or futon in a family type room, with a toddler walking toward her. Both the girl and the toddler appeared to be watching TV. The girl had her legs in the air when the picture was taken and a partial view of her vagina was seen from the side. [Redacted] observed a second picture which appeared to have been taken shortly after where the female was crawling on her hands and knees toward what appeared to be a TV. [Redacted] opines that these pictures were likely harmless and not meant to be taken as child pornography, especially regarding the hundreds of normal family type pictures that one could likely find on any family computer. The dates of the 2 pictures were 2:25:33 03:16:35AM. [Redacted] cannot explain the date anomaly of 1933 unless the computer battery was going bad and considers this date and time to be unreliable.

[Redacted] then reviewed the Recycle Bin on the EMachine and found 5 pics named [redacted]-003, 005, 006, 007, 008, which were of a 12-14 year old female in a 2 piece swim suit posing for pictures. 2 of the pictures may be mildly sexually suggestive poses, however, Odenthal opines that these pictures were likely harmless and not meant to be taken as child pornography, especially regarding the hundreds of normal family type pictures that one could likely find on any family computer. These pictures were dated 2/11/07 06:XX AM.

Odenthal also found 1 additional picture in the EMachine Recycle Bin of an unknown male masturbating in the shower dated 5/23/09 2:11:29 AM CST.

[Redacted] reviewed the Browser cache (Temporary Internet Files) on the EMachine under the "Sean" profile and found 1 adult porn picture dated 9/28/09 9:14:48 PM CST. [Redacted] did not observe any child pornography pictures. Odenthal observed nothing of interest in the cookies file under this profile.

[Redacted] reviewed the Browser cache (Temporary Internet Files) on the Toshiba laptop under user "Taylorbabie" and found hundreds of adult porn pictures and approximately 36 possible under age pictures. The possible child pornography pictures found were dated 12/12/09 11:19PM - 11:43PM.

[Redacted] reviewed the cookies folder on the Toshiba Laptop under user "Taylorbabie" and observed approximately a dozen or more cookies from porn sites with the username "Taylorbabie". These cookies were dated in the later part of the month of November 2009 to the mid part of December 2009.

[Redacted] reviewed the documents folder under user "Taylorbabie" and found a txt file apparently speaking to people in a chat room about her abuse at the hands of her husband. This file was dated 11:30:09 04:28:39 PM.

[Redacted] reviewed the Recycle Bin on the Toshiba Laptop and found 6 pictures of what appears to be a female hand placing a picture of a young female (8-10) who is possibly nude from the breast up, on a table or possibly a computer scanner. There are no genitals observed. There is another picture next to it of a young female who appears to be in a bikini top similar to the [redacted] bikini pictures described above. These files were deleted on 12/7/09 1:20:56 PM. They came from laptop\users\Taylorbabie\2009-12-07 zoopictures folder.

[Redacted] reviewed movie type files on all evidence and observed 1 .avi movie that is questionably child pornography on the EMachine under the "Sean" profile in the appdata\local\temp folder. This movie clip only shows the area of the top of the legs to the stomach of a girl laying on her back with an apparent adult penis penetrating the vagina.

[Redacted] ran 3 types of email searches and found nothing. Both Sean and Taylor have Yahoo.com email addresses, so they should have been easy to find, however did not find anything in searches on either hard drive. It is possible that they had internet service that kept email on the ISP server.
