Prison Hearts Ache

One more night of sleepless pain
One more night I call your name
One more dawn that just won't come
One more night my heart dies some

Why you turned away from me
Why you left's a mystery
Since you've flown to him I find
My hope is gone, I've lost my mind

With each breath I take
With each day I wake
As prison time stands still
With all I am I will
Still be loving you

He'll be gone before I'm free
You'll search but find no love like me
And as I lie away from you
It's true that I can't love for two

My prison fate has come to be
I love you, you don't love me
But a thousand goodbyes won't be enough
To stop me loving for both of us
To stop me hurting the way I must
To stop me dying from the loss of us.

Submitting

Submitting is not saying yes to every ego request or condoning destructive behavior in myself or others. It has nothing to do with indecisive stands, shaky loyalties, or seeing both sides when a friend has been mistreated. Submitting is an impulse of sincerity, not an act of passivity or a show of impartiality.

It is focusing sharply on my deeper self rather than on the superficial. My behavior is filled with God only when my heart is filled with God.
