Dear Equity & Holding Firms

I am writing this letter to address some financial transactions that are covered under the UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE, UCC# 10-7230473188. UCC-Documents of Title 1-201. (15): states: MANDATORY in financial terms that the person in possession of a document of title is entitled to receive and/or hold... the goods it covers.

The present documents of title are:
NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS

1. NDUGU ENTERPRISES, INC. -MNBA Endorsed a PROMISSORY note for $3 MILLION DOLLARS. Bank Line of Credit.
2. BUFFALO SOLDIERS INSURANCE COMPANY, LLC- FRANKLIN TEMPLETON Endorsed our Bond Issuance of $751.3 BILLION DOLLARS.

When the both of you financial institutions received these PROMISSORY NOTES, I believe you never read their clauses. First of all, they are COLLATERAL NOTES. Secondly, BUFFALO SOLDIERS INSURANCE COMPANY, LLC is a Time Draft and a Sight Draft.

The UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE: Section 3 states: There are four types of Endorsements.

1. ACCOMMODATION ENDORSEMENT. - One made in the absence of any consideration solely for the benefit of the holder. 34 A 201, credit, is thereby extended to the holder by the endorser. 12 A. 566, generally for the purpose of enabling such holder to obtain credit or money from another on the basis of the endorsement. 97 N.W. 694. See U.C.C. 3-4:5.

2. BLANK ENDORSEMENT - One which specifies no particular party to whom the endorsed instrument is exclusively payable, and which therefore authorizes negotiation by the bearer upon delivery alone. U.C.C. 3-204 (2).

3. RESTRICTIVE ENDORSEMENT. - One which is conditional, which places restrictions on transferability through the use of certain words, including "for collection", "for deposit", "pay any bank". Id. at 3-205

4. SPECIAL ENDORSEMENT. - One which specifies the party to whom or to whose order the instrument shall be payable; the instrument is then negotiable only by such person unless he makes a further endorsement.

I am submitting these documents of title to begin utilization of these endorsements to:

NDUGU ENTERPRISES, INC.
BUFFALO SOLDIERS INSURANCE COMPANY, LLC: and
PRIME PEOPLE PARTY, INC.

These documents of title are submitted to inform MBNA and FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INVESTMENTS that your delay to allow access to these funds have oppressed investments that would have brought substantial revenue to both firms, and you disregarded the need in society for businesses, jobs and revenue;
NDUGU ENTERPRISES, INC. - hires immediately 200 individuals which builds 118 businesses, creates 1,850,000 jobs, and brings a $220 BILLION DOLLARS Consumer purchasing power. In six months.
BUFFALO SOLDIERS INSURANCE COMPANY, LLC - will hire 250,000 at the start, with offices in 12 states. That issues Single Payer Health Care Bonds and it is the STOCK TITLE HOLDING company for NDUGU ENTERPRISES, INC.
PRIME PEOPLE PARTY, INC. - is the tax incentive and shelter vehicle for both our Capital Gains, Interest Rates, Mortgage Payments, Utilities, equipment and INVESTMENT EXPENSES. Banks could also Donate credit lines or loans.

With these ENDORSEMENTS;

1.) Redemption of PROMISSORY NOTE for $3 MILLION DOLLARS;
2.) Bond Accounts for ALL Classes of bonds for issue. ; and
3.) INVESTMENT EXPENSES
