Want or Need?
Very often, we bring unnecessary misery upon ourselves because we're more focused on chasing after the kind of lovers that we want instead of pursuing lovers that we truly need.

If you're dead serious about finding Mr. or Mrs. Right, then one of the easiest yet overlooked ways to get yourself onto the yellow brick road towards happiness and fulfillment in romance is the act of taking time out to write down the characteristics of a good partner.

It's really very simple. Whip out a sheet of paper and draw a line down the middle. Write "what I want" on the left side and "what I need" on the right side. After you've finished writing everything that you want and need in a lover, focus on the "what I need" column and forget about the "what I want" column. In order for this to truly work, one must be 100% ready for a commitment and learn to adapt to your needs.

Failed Romance
I've always been perplexed by the fact that people (in general) are reluctant to accept full responsibility for their failures in romance. Folks would rather shift the blame to everybody else. To be quite honest, I've never blamed others for any of the negative experiences that have crossed my path where romance is concerned. I always sat back and contemplated what I could have done to make it work. But at the end of the day, you can't stop someone from leaving. They either want you or they don't.

Poor decisions that we've made in romance, whether you're the unsuspecting nice guy that didn't deserve to get burned by a female or the chick who gave her all to a jerk who couldn't seem to get it right, ultimately you put yourself in that predicament. It's your fault for refusing to see a person's true colors. Especially when you kept dealing with them after they showed what they were really all about. It's your fault for staying after you'd gotten the warning signs that they were unsuitable for the long haul.

Love is blind... 'cause most of the time, it's lust clouding our vision. Beware of the smoke screen!

hello,
I am sensing a broken heart in the past? that sucks! I think no one can be with anyone eles until they can be by themselves. And I also think that you must find someone that is the ying to your yang. When you find the oone, your world is complete, and your body is complete. You find your other half. Like I mean, Say your a disorganized person. You must find an organized person, to complete your other half...Oh well!!

WEll thanks

Have a good day XD
