Hi Rob, I'm not on BTB as much since we are doing GTL so just saw this. :) Please know I'm happy to know you and to call you a friend. You are also an amazing person and I've learned so much from you! And thanks for all the insight on T, it does help a lot. We'll talk soon, my friend... j.

Dad, I'm so sorry there's been a delay in writing to you directly. Trust me there's a lot I want to share with you. Im going to get on it ASAP. Replying through these blog posts is the easiest way for me to communicate with you for now.

Thank you for sharing that baby pic of me. I didn't think I'd ever see that picture again.

I'll my best to reach out to the family members you've mentioned.

I did want to share this with you. In your first letter you thanked me for "letting the light of God shine through you." That line resonated. The very next day I get invited to a church my neighbor goes to, and it's called "Shining Light Church" and I thought, this can't be a coincidence.

I'm proud to be your son, and proud to be a Field. Happy Holidays, Dad. Take care.

Awesome Poem you can see what it's like from God's point of view. Follow through with the Lord and he shall guide you away from evil and towards good. Happy Holidays!

Hi Leon,

Thanks for writing! I've started on the transcription for your post, which I really enjoyed, by the way. You write very well. The Trump comics you included had me laughing out loud!

Also, I checked out your profile. Thanks for including the photos! You look great.

Stay strong and hope to hear from you soon :)

Daniel, I am writing a book about prisons and how they can be made better. I might be able to use one of your blog posts, probably the one from 2013 on Mindfulness. I will need your person to do this. How can I contact you? I am at glenn@cheneybooks.com or Glenn Cheney, P.O. Box 284, Hanover, CT 06350.

There is no money involved, but i can send you a few copies o;f the book.

Dear Kelly,
Wiccan rituals are so cool! I'm glad you seemed to enjoy it. I'm Pagan/Wiccan myself.
I enjoy reading your writings. They have so much personality in them. I like how you start them with "Howdy." That's so cool! Your writings make me feel like I'm talking to you. I can really see your personality shining through.

Dear Kelly,
I'm sorry your Thanksgiving weekend sucked so bad. I hope your days are getting better right now.
When you were talking about the game you play with your MP3 player, it reminds me of something I do! I like to (jokingly as well) pray to the music gods or whatever and ask a question about my life. Something like, "Does this boy like me?" or "Will I pass my driver's ed class?" Then I hit shuffle. I try to interpret the song and how it would answer my question. Most of the time I just end up singing or dancing and forgetting all about my question, though. It's a fun thing to do, fortune-telling of sorts.
It was nice to read your writing and I hope to see more from you!

Dear Jack,
This is a very powerful poem. I hope you continue to write poetry because you're very good at it. Poetry can be anything you want it to be. It can be deep snow but it can also be light whispers. But most of all, it can be comforting.
