Sometimes our inner strength is all we have. Even those on the outside feel trapped in our own prisons of pain and suffering. However, its up to us to push those clouds away to allow some sunshine in. You obviously have a lot of strength in you. To be in your position and still have the heart to share with the world. Those of us that are listening will always give you the push you need as long as you allow us. I send nothing but love your way.

i would like to make clear that our Maker is behind everything that has happened or will happen
at no time has He ever lost control "not a single sparrow falls without Him knowing" and i believe He knows the day before.. "has prepared tomorrow for you" and that sparrow that fell
Never lost control.. does not need help from any man to form creation. and you only look for help from Maker Job 33:15, Joel 2:28, Ezekiel 1:1 all say He will show you CLEARLY.
this is not something you construct you wont have to try and fit anything together.. that is not a clear message.
very nice that you sacrificed self for other. i pick the best kind of soul to befriend. hoping you will note that other men also hear clearly from their Maker if they are supposed to.
dont meddle is the message in 1 Peter 4 so i only advise you of what i have found are the things to look for.. and how to look at things.
since tomorrow is prepared before creation itself tomorrow and the end was known.. all knowing. try to see things as they are.. being as they are supposed to be.

I am currently working on a ethnographic research paper for a sociology class on transformative programs and practices in prison. For that project, I have been interviewing previously incarcerated individuals who have participated in such programs/practices, as well as individuals who lead these sorts of programs. I think your essays speak beautifully to the importance of mindfulness, meditation, and emotional literacy programs in prisons--would you mind if I used quotes from your writing in my paper?
