Do not Be Surprised

Do not be surprised

Lately I have been able to witness God just blessing the socks off of some people. I can almost see them asking themselves "why?" In once case I see a man convinced his blessing could not be from God because he did not earn it and does not deserve it.

Grace doesn't depend on us, it depends on God. But, a proper response to gifts of grace is appropriate. We should be thankful and recognise that every good and perfect gift comes from God. We should walk in thankfulness and when possible bless others with the same spirit of Grace that we have been blessed with.

Above all we should seek God. Prayer is never "wasted time." God wants to spend time with you, same as He does me, which is awesome! Sometimes we need to stop doing for God and just start being His child, spending time with Him, taking Mary's part in things, if you know what I mean.

A couple of prayer requests. I am attempting to transfer as a PWC (Permanent Work Crew) to the new medical facility in Stockton to do hospice work. Please pray I get that transfer. Please pray for my mom as she sets out on a move. Please pray for my writing. I am working on a book and needs lots of prayer.

God bless you!

love and prayer
