Lori C. Hockett, was elected by the taxpayers and voting public. She took an oath to uphold the Constituitions and laws of the United States and State of Texas. In the case involving my 6 year old daughter judge Hockett has done everything upheld the oath she took!

I've twice had rulings from this Family Court judge critized by the Dallas, Texas Court of Appeals.

Because of judge Hocketts personal animus towards me for being of African Ancestry, and having the courage and determination to challenge her rulings; this judge has done everything within her power to retaliate, intimidate, and deprive me of my rights, privileges, and protection regarding my daughter.

This judge has gone so far as to ignore reported complaints to her (and Texas Child Protective Services)

That I've been making since 2009, regarding my daughter being subjected and exposed to family violence and drug activity as a result of her mother, Alida L. Smith's disfuntional relationship with a violent convicted child molester named Eric D. Glenn.

This judge still allows my daughter to be taken around and left alone in the care and custody of her mothers boyfriend Eric D. Glenn. This is despite a motion I filed "two (2) years ago" for a Protective Order, which judge Hockett refuses to consider and rule on despite the ruling of the appeals court in 2012 Tex. App. Lexis 26.

This is also despite an investigation "finally" by CPS which was based on a recent complaints by someone who has observed the abusse & drug use in 2012.
