How are you B+B viewers I hope well Let's talk about these
low down dirty snakes and how much they wanna be dictators. but the
are miniature dictators. they wanna be in control so much they are
willing to sacrifices their state image and their own citizen to show
their masculinity over groups that's has many faults in life. They act as
inmates are not citizen anymore in "freedom American" They rather
substitute the title Dairy State for the Prison State. What ego monster
would do such a thing. Oh Doc what that stands for Department
of Corruption! As I said in my other letter I post last week. They
create hostile environment then say to the publice these inmates are
heartless uncontrolable wild people we need weapons to be able to
tame these inmates and to protect are self. You and I know
Wisconsin is the last violent Prison State in the U.S. The last time a
inmate dead from another inmate when Jeffery Dahmer dead and that
was around 1993 I believe. Doc get weapons not to protect there self
but to cause harm to us inmates. but that's not what I want to touch
up on I want to touch up on economic stand point. The government
can make these prison self efficient but they rather let the tax payers
"you" pay for these capable resourceful prison. Allow me to elaborate on
how these prison can be self-efficient and save tax payers money.
You and I know there are inmates are never going home there just
sitting here right along with there money that they gain from filing
law suits and other things. So why don't the government come up with a
way for inmates to spend there money outside these wall productively. If
the government create a program to allow inmates to invest their money in
to a company or open up there own business. Now think about how many
Professional People inmates will have to hire to run their company/business.
They will have to hire a lawyer, Account, Business Manager, Assistant employee,
and may more. When the inmate make a profit they will have to pay the
government 15 percent of their profit then out of the rest of the profit they
will be able to pay off some of there debt it would be a win win for
everybody so all the government have to do is create a program and have
the inmates sign a contract (those who want to participate) saying out of
his or her profit. he or she will pay 15 percent to the government and pay off
some of their debt. Then for the other inmates that have talent can sale
their art work or their ideas and then the government can profit. Then
when every that inmates goes home they will have money in the bank and that
will cut down on crimes so that mean crime rate will go down. You have singers,
rappers, ghost writers who write songs. You have inmates that write books and
other thing. Now look at that and tell me that prison can't be self-efficient
you get the concept I'm trying point out but the government rather for a
inmate to go home as he or she came in "broke" that they for inmates to return
to prison. The government can make millions of dollars if they stop being control
freaks. They perfer to focus on changing are identity and exploit us for the
wrong reason. I read this sociology book and it had this word (Total Institution
and for the people that's not familiar with that term it means An institution in
controlled and regulated for the purpose of systematically stripping away
previous rold and identities in order to create a new one. This is what your
government is focus on not giving out tools to stay out of prison they give us tool
to stay in prison. These people as in Doc profit really big off of us as in
are living bodys. Doc rather waste money by buying food that inmates
wont eat and then the institution have to throw away the food. For the
food do cat Doc can charge inmates $7.50. So for double portion on food inmates
will pay for that. I work in the kitchen and witness all the food being thrown
away they can sale the left overs to the inmates and make some of the tax
payer money back. Now most of the institution in Wisconsin have cable
but we get the basic channels that tax payer are paying for that cablebox. So
why don't the institution just take a dollar from each inmate each month
but give us all the channels or just allow each race to pick two or three channels
that we want and then the institution would make a profit theirs many
ways for the Doc to make money off of us they just rather look at these
prison as factory or mills know matter what we did to get here as in
prison we are still part of the United States. If we are willing to participate
in helping to grow the economy way don't the government make that possible
for us to allow us to be productive. They should be encouraging this
of postive thinking from inmates. The only way these prison become self-
efficient is through you my voice is not loud enough to hear through the
walls so lets make these prison self-efficient and save tax payers money
so help me put these ideas in motion thank you for reading my blog I will
