You said some fool named Steve Nimes or whatever said God didn't prevent modern day Christians from homosexuality - and if, (perhaps) I was able to read, I would have known that by now. This list is by no means exhaustive - but I've taken the time to cite Old Testament + New Testament examples. I also listed the original Hebrew + Greek definitions.

Old Testament
Genesis 18:20-21 - describes Sodom + Gomorrah's sin (homosexuality) as a sin that cries out to heaven for vengeance.
Deut. 23:17-18 "None of the daughters of Israel shall be a prostitute; none of the sons of Israel shall be a temple prostitute (Hebrew qadesh = a SACRED PERSON, i.e. (teohn) a male DEVOTEE (by prostitution) to licentious idolatry - sodomite, unclean)... or the wager of a male prostitute into the house of the Lord your God... for both of these are abhorrent to the Lord your God."
Lev. 18:22 "You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination."
1 Kin. 14:24 "...there were also male temple prostitutes in the land (Hebrew = qadesh) (see above). They committed all the abominations of the nations that the Lord drove out..."
1 Kin. 15:12 "He put away all the male temple prostitutes (Heb. = qadesh) out of the land..."
1 Kin. 22:46 "The remnant of the male temple prostitutes (Hebrew = qadesh) still in the land... he exterminated."
2 Kin. 23:7 "He broke down the houses of all the male temple prostitutes..."

New Testament
1 Cor 6:9-10 "Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites... will inherit the kingdom of God."
Eph. 5:5 - "For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, (Greek = pornos = a (male) prostitute (as venal), i.e. (by anal); a debauchee (libertine) - fornicator, whoremonger) - nor covetous man... has any inheritance in the Kingdom of God."
1 Tim 1:10 - "For fornicators, sodomites (Greek = pornos - see above), for kidnappers, for liars... and if there is any other thing contrary to sound doctrine."
Hebrews 13:4 - "Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators (Greek = pornos) and adulterers God will judge."
Rev 21:8 - "But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral (Greek = pornos), sorcerers... shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone..."
Rev 22:15 - "But outside are dogs, and sorcerers, and sexually immoral (Greek = pornos), and murderers, and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie."

Any questions?? This isn't the half of the Bible's denunciation of homosexuality. Steve Hines is either an idiot, or intentionally trying to undermine Christianity by deceiving its adherents. Which isn't surprising. In the 1950s - McCarthy hearings - the Communists boasted of infiltrating 10,000 Communists into the priesthood. Now, why you think they did that?

One thing I can say about you, girl: you are consistent. Your twisted, warped up understanding of Christian Theology is about the same as your twisted, warped up understanding of History, which is about as twisted, and warped up as your understanding of politics is.

You probably believe every single thing you read; or hear your professors preaching... never once in a million years imagining that we live in a world where people would intentionally try to distort the Truth, deceive and manipulate you into advancing their own agendas... but realize it or not, that's the world we live in. I stopped believing everything I read, a long time ago, that may work with a hard science - like neuroscience, but in Theology, History, + Politics - there's a lot of leeway for different views + exaggerations + omissions.

It's a damn shame that some of the greatest minds of the West have just let their enemies deceive them like some suckers. I'm not surprised at all when I see all these alcoholic + drug addict college kids nowadays - probably better than listening to the professors.

I'm convinced that Europe + America will be rubble + ashes before these people wake up to reality - if ever. Maybe Steve Hines will save us with some more flat out lies?? Ha! You call me crazy, but you put your faith in Steve, I'll put mine in Jesus!
