Bible in One Hand - Mirror in the Other.

X-Ray Robinson

It's all a wilderness, an uncomfortable trip that it is, with a comforter, all seeming pleasures in what really is a barren land. But the journey is for self-preservation, whether we know it or not, whether we accept it or not. All the way through, each step-by-step climb is to humble us, to prove us, and to assure us.

To humble us so that we do not walk ahead of God or gain pride and stride, and leave Him behind us. Humble us in this wilderness-life so that we understand the benefit of being led by God, guided by spirit, and walking with God, instead of running 186,000 miles per second, ahead of Him.

Prove us, so that even though we continue to collect scars of fear and bruises of shame, we survive. I am, we are, here, now, regardless of the condition we are in. We are here, now, present, aware and awake, weary. But prove us, so that while looking in the mirror we see more than a painful struggle. But the evidence and undeniable truth that the we possess the necessary strength to come through, overcome, restore, and press on.

Cause me, us, in our humility, in your presence, to recognise that at the core of us is YOU, Lord. You are our strength, answer, and power, no matter what the.

But most of all reveal the security that resides in the assurance that you are leading, guiding and providing all along the way, everything that we need to progress and succeed in your EYES first and foremost. Father, YHWH, continue to manifest and demonstrate that You, oh God, have a confidence in US that is sure to succeed, conquer and prevail. It is the leaning on your everlasting arm, our dependency on your presence, and the handicap of our hope in your glory, that renders us safe, sure, and without doubt, that our Creator has a plan and the devil can't stop it.

...yea, though I walk through the valleys of the shadows of death, I will fear no evil for thou art with me...
