Saturday June 1, 2013 12:48 pm

Just finished bathing, washed clothes and worked out. I wrote two letters this
morning. And now just trying to stay cool.
It's warm in here. I've got some art work that
I need to do. Which I'm fixing to get to work on.

Its so hot in here. I did some art, wrote
2 cards now I'm fixing to lay down and call it a day.
Watch the rest of the race, the world news and
then go to bed.

Waiting on breakfast. After
I eat I'm going to work, then bathe and get ready
for my visit. This will probably be the last time I
see Mom until Sept or Oct. I woke up this morning and I
have ants coming out of the back wall, so I had to seal
that up. I'm going to have to try to find something that
ants don't like so I can seal the hole up better.
Their coming in where the walls are pulling away from
the foundation.

Just finished a letter to Anne. I couldn't finish it
this morning. I had to try to get rid of ants.
I didn't even work out. I had a nice visit with
Mom. This is really nice getting to see her. I
haven't seen her this much since 1989. I need
to write a letter.

Been up since 3 am. Cleaned everything up. Wrote a letter to a christian
in Jacksonville. I've got alot of other letters to
write. I'm going to try to get true christians
(those who haven't been infected with the seeds of
satan), out here protesting against the death
penalty. I feel that this is what I'm supposed to
be doing. Capital punishment is an evil act. It
needs to be stopped for the only thing it accomplishes
is exchanging evil for evil. And as we know evil breeds
evil, violence breeds violence.

Wrote another letter.
I'm going to mount some major
protest out here during these
executions. Well getting ready
to work out. I gave my
pancakes away this morning
and I'm giving my lunch
tray away. Time to get
back in shape.

11:40 am
That was a really
good work out. They called
rec for everyone else. I
still don't get to go.
I'm going to do a little
something else later, cardio
of some kind. We don't have
hot water, so I'm holding
off to wash clothes and
bathe. Hopefully they will
get the water fixed.

Been doing art work, a picture for a friend.
The hot water is back on so I'll be washing
clothes here shortly. I just finished eating
dinner. I'm fixing to work out again. Get another
good sweat in so time to get to it.

Well I got up at 4 am. Had to go to the doctor at 7:00 am for my prozac
renewal. I was out there until 10 am. The doctor
didn't show up until 8 am then I saw Mr. Byrd. We
talked. Then I went to the property room and mailed
a drawing. Got back in this heat box at 10 am. I've
got to work out here shortly. There was a female
officer in the mail control room and she was up
in his face saying Mother F-er you don't know
who the F-- I am. And it was M.F. this and
M.F. that. For 5 minutes she cussed him out and
degraded him. And they think this is okay. She's
a Sgt. and violated every rule under 33-208.002
and if that guy would have hit her or killed
her, then he would have been wrong. It's that
type of abuse that ends in a violent situation.
This is why we need personalized audio and video
cameras on staff. To keep idiots from endangering
the safety of these institutions. But that's
exactly what she did, jeopardised the safety
of herself and the security of this institution.
If she had a problem with him, she should
have wrote a D.R. and been done with it. Well
I'm going to set up for this work out.

I had a really good work out,
then washed clothes and bathed. Now just
laying here listening to music. I'm
going to do some writing here in
a few minutes. I'm listening to
someone elses music. He
has some good songs. Well time to write.

Wednesday June 5, 2013 9:02 am

Just been writing to a couple of pastors. Been up since 3:30. I've got
some writing to do, some art work to do. And I'm
going to be working out here shortly.

5:30 pm
Had a good day. Got an art piece finished.
Good work out. Canteen came, now I'm waiting
on the showers and bed.

Just finished working out. Got to wash clothes and bathe after dinner.
Had a pretty productive day. Got up at 4:30, did
some writing, some art work, a bible study and
then the work out. I'm ready to bathe and get
in bed, watch some new's and go to sleep. I'll get
up around 9:30 pm and watch the Miami Heat
play in the NBA Finals, and go to sleep when its
over. Billy is down to six days to live and wants
to see the NBA Finals.

Friday June 7, 2013 6:26 am

I got up at 4:30 am. I only watched the first half of the game. 11:30 pm is
just too late. It would mess the rest of this day
up. I'm hoping they will take me to rec. I've
got a few things to do this morning, writing, art,
so I'm going to get to a letter to Dina and then
go from there.

I went out to rec by myself as always. I
hate going out by myself. But I worked out,
doing pull ups, dips, and ran. After I eat dinner
I'll wash clothes. We have showers tonight and
I'm tired and will no doubt get a good
nights sleep.

Just finished working out. And it was a good
one. Now I've got to wash clothes
and bathe. I got up at 4:30 am.
I wrote a pastor and a couple of churches in this
area to try to get these executions protested.
Here I'm using some of my new stationary that I
drew about 3 weeks ago. I've got some other art
work that I need to get done. But I've got four
other churches that I need to write, so I need
to clean the floor and then bathe, etc.

Been up since 3:30. Wrote
a couple of churches about protesting the death penalty
here in Florida. Still have a couple more to write later.
Going to get ready for my visit here shortly. Cell's
already cleaned up. I'm sore from the past couple
of day's of working out. I'll be taking today off.
Billy is down to 3 day's to live. Gore has 20 more
days. And so far that we know of no other warrants
have been signed. And hopefully no more will be
signed. That's wishful thinking.
Gutess I'll start another letter to another church.

Had a really nice visit
with Mom. I love her with
all my heart! It's nice
to get out there and just
socialize. It's like having
6 hours of freedom. Hoping
to get my recreation
back here soon. Well I've
got to do some writing.
Couple more churches, a
card to my Mom. Need to
do some art work. Got
a card I need to get
finished. Also want to
start some new stationary
this week. I've got a lot
to do this week trying
to get these churches organized into coming
out here protesting, which I need to get to
right now.

4:30 pm
Finished a card to Mom. Started a letter but
I'm fixing to lay back and call it a day. Miami plays
tonight, but I've got alot to do tomorrow so I don't
know if I'll watch it. Tomorrow's more important
than watching T.V. tonight. So that's a day.
