Texas State Parole System Is A Corrupt, Unfair, and Oppressive Criminal Enterprise
____________________________________________________________________________________

The parole system operated by the Texas Department of Criminal Injustice, is about as upright, law-biding, and fair as the New York and New Jersey crime family that gave mafia its true roots in this society. Being a pawn in such a decadent racket is something I refuse to do.

Re: Notification of Prisoner's decision to decline any parole eligibility hearings and determinations

Dear Chairwoman {redacted}:

Please accept this letter as my formal notification to you and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice that I have no interest in participating ("IN ANY MANNER") in the Texas parole system. In April 2008, I was wrongfully convicted in Dallas County, Texas for a crime I am actually and factually innocent of. If the federal court now reviewing my case does not overturn my wrongful conviction, then I shall serve the entire sentence imposed, inside one of this state's prisons unit.

Please take all necessary and appropriate actions to have my name removed from your board's list of prisoners to be reviewed for parole. This is a conscious decision made for personal reasons.

Most respectfully,

Lakeith Amir-Sharif
