I am respectfully requesting any and all assistance in the filing of a "petition for a recall of sentence" pursuant to California Penal Code 1385. (Sentence modification)
As most of my prior filings have been in pro se, I have experienced many general improprieties and a fundamental unfairness within California's courtrooms. When judges see "in pro se" on a petition, there is a despairing degree of bias against these petitions. The counterproductive actions by California judges taken against prisoners are vexatious in nature and serve not a single legitimate judicial interest. I require a lawyer to file for me.
Therefore, I seek ANY assistance from someone with the legal expertise to help me in overcoming the travesty of this state's horrible "three strikes law", God-willing...
