My Voice

My Voice

My life has been so hollow since she left me all alone,
I feel like a child with no mother, a family with no home.
All those restless nights they're becoming so familiar,
I close my eyes to see her face and envision that I'm near her.
So many discarded tears on these nights I lay awake,
she was my princess cut diamond I cannot replace her with a fake.
She's discovered new love something I doubt I'll ever find,
Love is a runaway train that I'm forever lost behind.
I don't want to see her go but do I really have a choice,
baby if you get a chance to read this poem let those words become my voice.

Love
Kiyoshi
