He Lays His face Against your cheek
and whispers sweet nothings in your ear,
Telling you he loves you and other things
you want to hear.
You believe all his lies because to
you they seem sincere,
he blinds you with his love and controls you
with his fear.
Not the fear that he might hit you but
the fear that he might leave,
taking with him all his "Love" and everything
that you believe.
Man I know you love him but he'll never
Love you back,
They say that people change but thats never been a fact.
So Learn to Love yourself because He wont do it for you,
Only then will you truely find someone who will adore you

I absolutely love this one & how brutally true it is. My whole life I seem to always 'fall for' or take in men who do this same thing. It's taken me years and years to even START to find love within myself after being trampled on most of my life. So thank you for this...it made my day.
