GREETINGS!
Dear Governor Patrick,
Enclosed for review and future reference, please find the copy of the letter that I wrote to Senator James E. Timilty dated June 6, 2011.
The contents of that letter will explain why we have so many children crossing the border to United States, with San Salvador and Honduras holding the majorities of those cases.
My letter and prior correspondence to our office held the solution to the problems, but you choose to go the other way where the interest of money was more important and, as a result, the problem has grown exponentially affecting even the school system.
I sincerely hope you carry this knowledge with you when you leave office. Maybe one day the Lord will help you redeem yourself from this grave error.
